So basic summary of the weekend:

I got there on Wednesday, and was touring DC that day and Thursday. Thursday night I checked in to Brickfair registration, and was set to gooo.

So Friday. Friday was walking around the expo checking out the sets before the public came, watching a couple of presentations, and meeting Spink. It was interesting and awesome. =P

Saturday was more fun. I volunteered for some time (better than Spink's five hours in a chair), and got a free t-shirt. Then after the public visitors scattered like crows, there were the evening ceremonies. Just before that, I snagged some seats with Spink, and he told me to go grab a prototype piece since I signed the guestbook. So I ran over to there and beat up the BZP staff for a prototype. After some introductions and other miscellaneous things, I got a brown and gold meld Skrall mask.

After the ceremonies I watched the Speed Build and Combo build, then me and Spink got out of the expo, moped, and chilled with the staff for a few minutes before bed.

Sunday I was absent for all the public visitors (including Dudebot D=), since I was touring in DC. I got back, but they were already packing up stuff.

So yeah then today I got back and it's all cool. =D

I saw Dudebot sign the book, but he had no idea I was theeeeeerrre, probably cuz I was standing off to the side and there was no way anyone knew who I was by a glance =P

 

It would have been awesome if you were there for Sunday though D=

You was there when I was signing the book? I never knew. =O

 

And now I'll never know which one you were unless you were behind the table. =P

 

Then again, I had to be told who B6 was, even though his username was on his shirt. xD

Nocturn wouldn't be allowed on my head. Nocturn was a set.

 

What you saw was Squidmouth. Totally not Nocturn.
