It's no fun...

 

Now, some people over-exaggerate on how awful they are... It's true they're ugly and annoyoing, but that's all, I promoise. Even the so-called 'pain' experienced is more annoying than hurtful. Your mouth is a bit sore for a few days after your visit, eating can be unpleasant, but that's about it. I promise. Life goes on. I've had them for 3 years now. Luckily I've only got a few more months left with them.

 

But is it ever so unconfortable to sit in that reclinable chair (it's evil, I swear) and have these people (are they even human?) yank and pull on various pieces of metal attached to your teeth. For me, it's the worst part. I can't stand doctors, especially the ones who are constantly touching you. And I especially can't stand it when they don't tell you what they're about to do next. It's your right as a patient to know. See, the thing is, they really don't care. Which is quite sad.

 

Having that said, I must tell you the benefits of braces outweight any possible drawbacks... So if you need them, get them, no questions asked.

 

And now I'm off to a nine o'clock fun-filled orthodonist appointment.

Annoying? Obviously your orthodontist is not the cruel, sadistic freak that yanks open my mouth every month.

 

After they're done with me, you touch my mouth and it's like a screaming whirlwind of pain. Poetic, but it's the truth and it hurts :P

Kex, your extremely lucky, I have needed braces since I was eight. but they are too expensive, so I never was able to get them, be thankful you'll have nice teeth later on in life, while some of us will never. My orthodontist is twisted, even beyond the price of braces. she wanted me to go through Jaw surgery.

I have the regular braces,but for it to work I have to wear an external piece to attach to the braces with a small pillow on the back for my neck and have to put it on to wear in my sleep,downside is that I have to sleep on my back while I love sleeping on my side all curled up in my cover.

Soon they'le have to place one of my teeth a spot forwar,thing is I had to get a tooth removed(permanent one)I used to have a cruddy dentist,He told me I hada cavity,six times he had to fill it up,then I was so smart to discover that it was a open place between my teeth,I've never gone to him again.

Due to the teeh being removed,my lowerbarces aren't attached till the end,so that's why they'l move my last teeth in the row on forward to fill the gap,it won't matter that the tooth was moved,cause I still have a tooth that has to come out behind it,in Dutch it's called "wijsheidstand",literaly it means wisdomtooth,It comes out at a certain age with everybody.

 

Who's next on project bzp?I know you have a Dv moc in youre folder you haven't posted,but he isn't staff,but there's also the tufiand cajun Wip.Hows that going?
