I don't really have any big stories from that day, but here's something.

I was rereading an Animorphs novel the other day that was set in NYC. Very specifically, the sight of the Twin Towers gave away that it was set in NYC. I've seen older movies where they do a flyby of the city of whatever before focusing on the characters, and the Twin Towers always stood it. It's weird... and horrible... that such a symbol had been taken down. My thoughts go out to the people whose lives were changed that day... and I count myself lucky that mine wasn't, and that there haven't been any other attacks like that in the places I live, although I know other places have had trouble and such. I wish ill tidings to those who were behind the attacks. (In fact, it I made fanfiction back in the day where super heroes sought them out and brought justice and all... if only life was fanfiction)
