Jamboree Troop Meeting

Mysterious Minifig

Yesterday my Jamboree troop had it's third meeting. My patrol is the Norway Pine. I think it is the most normal patrol in my troop right now. One still has to be be named and the other two are the Flaming Chickens and Kool-Aid.

I now get the fun job of going through and trying to figure out what everyone's e-mail address's are. :P Looking at everyone else's stuff I really don't have bad handwriting.

We also have to start our fitness program so we don't die after walking about 10 miles a day for almost 2 weeks. There is a fairly nice 10 mile loop that I biked a lot earlier this summer so I'm going to have work my endurance so I can run it.

At World Jam in '07, I was in the awesome patrol, the Dragons. Our flag was like eight feet tall and had a banner about 4'x5' with a huge 3D felt dragon and flaming effect. It was amazing. Even better, we were the best cooks in the troop. Breakfast sucked, lunch was meh, and then dinner was always amazing since we were the dinner patrol pretty much. And I led the cooking since I knew the most about using a kitchen. It was great being in that patrol. Too bad we all secretly hated each other, lol.

But there were other patrols, usually with some rather... odd... members. The most notable was the Adjectival Scorpions. Every day, they used another adjective to describe themselves. They could be the Pink Scorpions one day, and the Tiny Scorpions the next, and the Extendable Scorpions at the end of the week, etc. They were pretty cool.
