So I just opened up MS Paint for the first time in Windows 7... And it's actually pretty nice. I'm shocked.

It's still only for simple editing, but you don't wanna open up Photoshop every time you need to crop an image, right? It's got a nice cropping function, some zoom buttons, and it actually maintains your picture's aspect ratio when you adjust its size. I'm glad MS Paint is finally a workable program.

What... NO! MS Paint has to always remain the most basic drawing program for little kids to have fun in. Changing it to make it better is like screwing with all our nostalga... how could they have done such a horrible thing! :cries:

Hmm, sounds cool. I don't think I've ever opened up Paint on my laptop in the two years I've had it, but I guess it would be an easy program to use for quick image editing.

Well I use GIMP for all my resizing. :P

 

Does Windows 7 Paint make the resizeing look pixelated like previous versions of paint or is it smooth?

Well, I'm talking about shrinking photos that come off a camera. I'm sure increasing image size is the same as anywhere else.
