Universe" there exist Kanohi known as Czevch (ZEVK), the Great Mask of Chain Reaction, which grant the user the ability to plan out the end result of a sequence of events, then implement this desire, and due to a chain reaction, it will occur, provided the outcome was within reason. Furthermore, any given Kanohi Czevch can only be used once, and only once, before becoming Powerless.

 

For example, if a user wished to move a boulder that was too large to do so under the user's own power, they could use the Kanohi Czevch to initiate a series of events that would, in the end, somehow move the boulder. It must be noted however the user cannot control when or how the necessary sequence of events will occur, only that they will result in the desired conclusion.

Iro hereby proposes that within "The C.I.R.C.L.E. Universe" there exist Kanohi known as Eniden (EHN-ih-dehn), the Great Mask of Knowledge, which permit the user to scan and analyze objects or entities within their field of vision, in order to gain information about them. The analysis time is directly dependant upon specifically what the user wishes to learn, as well as how much the user wishes to learn about the target being scanned.

 

For example, should a user encounter a mysterious substance, they could use the Kanohi Eniden to scan the material, and then the mask would transfer the newly discovered information to the wearer.

The one-hundred-eighty-sixth article proposed by Makar is as follows:

Makar hereby proposes that within "The C.I.R.C.L.E. Universe" there exists a one-of-a-kind Kanohi known as the Marat (MAHR-raht), Great Mask of Will Altering, which allows the user to alter the will of both inanimate objects, as well as living things, including sapient species, creatures, and plants. The mask can also change the will of weather patterns, as well as the will of land to retain a certain shape, however only a user of extremely powerful will themselves can accomplish such things. The Marat cannot alter the will of time, destiny, solar cycles, or lunar cycles.

 

For example, if a rock has the will to remain in a certain shape, the Marat can alter this will, so that the stone can establish a new shape, however the object does not become animate. On the other hand, if a Matoran has the will to attack another villager, the Marat can be utilized to alter this will in such a way as to convince the Matoran to do whatever it is that the user wants them to do. The Kanohi Marat, however, cannot be used to alter neither a living creature's will to live nor their will to retain a certain shape, though it can influence a tree's will to stay in a certain place.

 

This lone Kanohi Marat was forged by the Maker Doroga, who wore it himself for a period of time, before he realized that it was simply too powerful and therefore chose to cloister it away on an uninhabited Southern Islet to keep it from others who would misuse the power. Doroga named the islet "Marat Nui" (MAHR-raht NOO-ee) in honor of the hidden mask and populated this new land with Matoran. He also left five Toa Stones behind for Matoran that would become the protectors of the Marat to find when their services were needed.

 

Furthermore, all members of "The C.I.R.C.L.E." agree that at no time will they create or utilize a character that bears a Kanohi Marat in their future storylines, aside from the characters within the lone Kanohi Marat's specific tale, without first discussing it within "The C.I.R.C.L.E." and once again bringing this issue to a vote.

Furthermore, the mask can duplicate the appearance of living matter in order to create a false corpse.

For example, if a user were being double teamed by two opponents in a battle, they the could use the Kanohi Quarar to replicate one of their opponents to fight alongside them provided their level concentration could adequately be maintained. Furthermore, this mask power takes a very strong will to maintain the copy that conjuring more than one vezon at a time is near impossible.

Iro hereby proposes that within "The C.I.R.C.L.E. Universe" there exist Kanohi known as Rakha (RAHK-uh), the Great Mask of Property, which allow the user to alter individual aspects of their physical characteristics in order to better suit their environment.

 

For example, if a user found themselves in an aquatic environment, then they could use the Kanohi Rakha to temporarily gain gills so that they could breath underwater.

For example, if a user encountered a ProtoSteel door that could not be brought down, they could simply use the Kanohi Unri to change the reactivity of a portion of the door, making it highly reactive to air, and that section would therefore explode as a result.

For example, if a user were to be severely weakened, then they could simply use the Kanohi Verdaren and stand in the sunlight performing photosynthesis to replenish their lost physical energy reserves.

Iro hereby proposes that within "The C.I.R.C.L.E. Universe" there exist Kanohi known as Xygus (ZEE-guss), the Great Mask of Negation, which permit the user to negate certain processes, aspects, and forces for a brief period of time. However, this mask does have its' restrictions, such as the fact that it can only affect processes within a half-bio radius. Furthermore, it cannot negate vital life processes, however it can prevent a target's photoreceptors or audioreceptors from working properly.

 

For example, if a user found they had no way to propel themselves upward, they could use the Kanohi Xygus to negate gravity and drift upwards.

 

Toa would not typically wear this mask, as they feel its' power is immoral.

Iro hereby proposes that within "The C.I.R.C.L.E. Universe" there exist Kanohi known as Yyter (IGH-ih-tehr), the Great Mask of Matter State, which allow the user to change the state of matter of any object that they are in physical contact with. The user can choose between the states of solid, liquid, gas, or plasma, although they cannot control the altered substance like they could a normal substance of that element.

 

For example, if a user were in chains, then they could use the Kanohi Yyter to turn the solid chains into a liquid or gaseous metal in order to escape.

Also, note that this discussion and the corresponding voting will end at 2000 PDT (8:00 PM in the Pacific Time Zone) on Monday, January 25th, 2010 provided at least 2/3 of C.I.R.C.L.E. members have voted at that point.
