Perhaps you should keep your cat out of your room. ;)

Or at least keep the parts in some area of the house where your cat can't trek.

I close the door but he scratches on it and makes little mewing noises and I have to let him in.

You are so soft-hearted. My cat ruins my pieces too, but ti seems you are using/have a lot more than I do. Also, if you're going to shut your door all the time, I'd suggest a fan or having an open window. My sister claims my room stinks because of that.

Yeah I probably should, though a fan would add to the problem that my room is about ten degrees colder then the rest of the house. Our furnace is old, crummy, and my room is the farthest possible distance away from it. Plus my mom likes to keep the house at a high of seventy five degrees in the winter, and no, I'm not exaggerating.><

There is a limit between love for your pet and mocing. It's called a cage door, lock the animal up if need be. Well, maybe that's a little harsh, but still, you get my point.

Maybe just take a break from MOCing and go give the fuzziness some attention and/or treats? And you could always make somebody else his attention giver, even if its only for a little while :P

Are you sure he really eats your pieces? Try leaving one out in the open and see if he really does eat it. It sounds so wierd that he actually eats your pieces.

Eww. Cats. This is the time when you lovingly kick the cat. Not animal cruelty, but the cat is more resistant to damage than your Lego Bricks. I look foward to seeing you entry.

Yes, and that is the time that that cat lovingly tears my face off. :)

Our cats are more similar than I dreamed? Does your cat bring in prey (grasshoppers, insects, etc.) in the house just to play with it?

'fraid he isn't allowed outside as we live a fairly busy street and he isn't the smartest cat I've ever seen. When he was a kitten he used to walk straight into walls. Plus he doesn't really like the outside world.

I know that! My cat has like too hunt and will sometimes even bring snakes in from the garden and play with them in the middle of the living room. Now, back on topic, my cat also likes the taste of LEGO's as far as I can tell, and has multiple times thrown up bricks and TECHNIC pieces in the entry.

You shouldn't let your cat actually ingest them, they could make him very sick.

Actually, SHE has eaten worse things in front of my eyes and hasn't gotten sick. Also, I'm never there when she does it.

But that would require me to actually put something away. :(

Which do you care about more, your loving pet or your cheap plastic toys? :wakeup2:

Yeah you're right, pets come first because they're so cute.
