I mean, realized it the first time I saw the movie, mostly in the scene where they sync with their Avatar, but seeing in a second time really drove the aspect home. (When Neytiri is holding human Jake.)

 

On that note, I saw Avatar again tonight! It was a friend's birthday and she wanted to see it again, so 6 of us pack into a friend's truck (NOT the bed) and go to the theater.

 

Yes, I paid $14. :wacko: (Actually, if we were going to my theater's chain, I would have tried to get free tix.) It was $13 for a normal ticket, or IMAX for another dollar. (Though really, the screen wasn't that huge. I think a bunch of us are going to go see Iron Man 2 in IMAX with Udvar-Hazy's SIX STORY IMAX SCREEN!!!)

 

But hey, bigger screen, so I might as well enjoyed what I paid for. Cool all over again. Knowing the story, I focused more on the graphics/world/animals, and went WOW all over again.

 

Great movie.

I think the only reason I'd go see that movie again would be because of those amazingawezomg beauty of the visuals and world. Story was awful, but everything else was so inspiring for me.

I would totally see Avatar again, but I have finals in less than two weeks, so movies aren't high on my list of priorities, no matter how awesome they are. :|

I want to see it a second time. First time I sat in the second to front row, and I want to enjoy it without my neck aching. :P

They're making a sequel, duh.

Unless it's "Ironman" without the space? IDK. I'm not a comic book buff. Took me the longest time to remember there's a dash in Spider-Man.

 

Anyway, they just announced that it will be in IMAX, which will be awesome. Speculation from another website suggests that they are announcing the hype in stages, so in a few months they'll announce it in 3D if they are.
