Waaay too wide. The spots on the shoulders where the arms attach should be around seven studs apart if the leg connection is five studs. Anything more than that looks silly, so my suggestion is to either widen the pelvis or shorten the shoulders. A different design, one that keeps the Pakaris but doesn't stick out horizontally would also be better, but I have no ideas on that.

Sorry if that makes no sense, I'm not very good at explaining things.

E: One more thing, I suggest that the shoulders not go down that far, to be proportionate, the hands (including possible fingers) should go about halfway down the thighs, so the forearms should not be too long.

If they're to wide, just raise them up a little. And the Torso is amazing, and the shoulders are nowhere near on the same level as Nobro, however to me it looks cool.
