Weekly Mocing Challenge 9:
Challenge 9:
Articulative
That's a portmanteau of articulation and creative, even though it's a real word, by the way.
Ooh, we're almost up to Week 10! Should I do something special? Actually give out prizes? Would a sig and/or avatar be a good enough prize, seeing as I don't really want to ship anything physical?
Anyway, not to Week 10 yet. This week, the challenge is to build a humanoid MOC without using any piece with ball joints. Size will not be limited, but they must have articulation in the shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, and ankles. Other joints are optional (neck, waist, fingers). These joints must move along a relatively normal axis, meaning no knee joins that rotate sideways, but they do not need to have a full range of motion, which would be quite hard in some cases. I hope to see a Toa-sized MOC or two, but smaller is also fine.
So yeah, any suggestions regarding this or future challenges, including Challenge 10, are welcome. *disappears in a puff of smoke*
