Alright, so I made my last in-store purchase of a new Bionicle set over the weekend - Takanuva (Stars), at a Meijer in Camby. As I pondered this thought and the canister slipped out of my hand, falling slowly and slowly down into the cart, I couldn't help but think that something felt similar....

Flashback. 2001. A young lad skips through the store to the best section of all - the Lego section. Resting on the shelf there is a strange looking object that has identified itself (on the label) as Onua. I picked it up. I walked out the store. Out of the Meijer in Camby.

Thus I made my journey into Bionicle, a story - no, a whole different world - that forever changed my life an how I looked at my own, an entirely different world of fantasy that had never been seen before.

And it began and ended (well, with the sets at least) in a Meijer in Camby, Indiana.
