There's cacti in the botanical gardens here, but the exhibit is shut-down 'till summertime.

I think all Officers need to get Top-Secret Clearance... not too sure about that, but at least, they need to get a security clearance (No idea if either are related...). But yes, there probably are people like that, but everyone I know who has met an intelligence officer are, in some way, creeped out. XP
