I would totally participate in gathering ideas for such a website. I recently had an idea to steal the giant inflatable tire from one of the local car dealerships and use it to float across the Strait to Canada, and if I got caught by Coasties or something I'd pretend to be a Canuck trying to enter the USA. It's highly improbable, not to mention slightly illegal, but still an idea worthy of this hypothetical website.
