So they didn't have the collectable figs at the Toys-R-Us near me. Which is a shame, since I happened to be over there to visit my doctor, and I don't plan on returning any time soon. On the other hand, one of the store employees was really nice and tried to look them up on the store's website (and ultimately failed, because TRU hasn't updated their site yet) And we talked a bit about Lego in general... she liked the architecture sets. And when she was scrolling through the images, she also said, "And these are the Bionicles..."

But yeah, no minifigs. She said that I should probably come back in a week or two. So all you other people that snagged some up at TRUs (I'm looking at you, CF)... You guys got lucky.

Also saw some Megablocks Halo stuff on display. They looked as ugly as some Lego prototypes we've seen. Can't believe those are the final products.
