The public school in this area is very strange. Who would want to have to come back from a two week-long holiday break only to do finals after the break. I don't understand why in the world the school system would want to do that, or why they did.

Also, today because of finals week, they scheduled the Jr High band class at the same time as the 1st-2nd grade's music class, so we had to walk from the Jr/Sr High school up to the elementary school with our teacher (because it's the same teacher for both) to "preform" for the younger children.

I didn't mind that so much, but because the schedules weren't exactly matched, we had to walk back down to the High school without our teacher while she continued to instruct the 2nd graders.
