Now, Captain Jack Harkness Sparrow says "Bloody Mary" three times. While not necessarily all at once, this notion does make me inclined to think that said ghostly figure might be a character, who of course is summoned by saying her name thrice in front of a mirror. Kind of a stretch, I know, but if I'm right I'll be able to say "I told you so."
