Yeah, with a title like that you just know it's going to be a fun entry..

Anyway, I came back from DC only to fall victim to the colds that were plaguing my family while I was on the other side of the country Marching, eating pizza and touristifying. This is one of those colds that makes your head feel like it's filled with some sinister substance that would like nothing more than to ooze out your nostrils, or else build up inside your sinuses until your head explodes. It's still much better than the stomach bug I caught (conveniently enough) when I left last Thursday, culminating in what I will call "The Plane Ride from Heck, Accompanied by less than Three (3)". That was definitely the low point of my trip, and probably my year so far. Fortunately, I recovered in time to survive the "Extremely Harrowing Taxi Ride from Baltimore Int'l" and eat at "The Chinese Restaurant Where They Apparently Added the Tip Into the Cost of Our Meal without Telling us" Friday night. Thankfully, my travelling experience got much better thereinafter.
