My Mocing...

-SZ-

If you have not yet seen Fatso (see below entry) please do. :)

So, after you've looked at Fatso I now want to ask you a question. What do you think of my MOCing, or in other words, how good (or bad) of a MOCist am I? Please do not sugarcoat it, or say something nice when you really think something else. I want to know how bad I am. I want to improve. I want to know how my MOCing really is, because I get the feeling (although it may not be true) that some members aren't being completely honest when they post in one of my MOC topics. I'm not saying all members do this, but I think some do.

You can use number ratings, compare me to Cajun ( :P ), you could elaborate...or you could do whatever you want to do. Just tell me how my MOCing is.

...

In other news, Mr. Groundhog said we'd have a mild winter, but who believes in that hogwash anyway? :P

I don't sugarcoat things, at least for good MOCers. ;)

8.1/10

Try something that no one has ever done before, something outrages and original. Maybe a never before seen color scheme, or a creative use of a certain piece.

That's a good, no, great idea! Thanks so much Shine. :)

Sugarcoating is bad, the truth is good. Every post of mine that comments upon one of your mocs SZ has been 100% honesty, because that's how I post, I don't believe in mistruths.

I don't use scales of 1-10, I don't like to have to think about where to place someone. IMO SZ, you're good, you're really good. You definately specialize in bulky building, that much is obvious after viewing 30+ of your mocs.

If you really want a scale of 1-10... uh, I'd have to go with 7. Why? You got skill, that much has been shown, but there's always room for improvement. You have a solid base style, now expand it.

I'm glad you're not sugarcoating, and to be honest, I knew you weren't anyway. ;) Yes, yes, I do like to make big and bulky MOCs, mainly because they look so much better than skiny MOCs. :P A seven? Thanks. And yes, I do need to expand on my style...a lot.

I have seen improvement for awhile now and you have an impressive PBZP in sheer size if nothing else. Just keep at it and try to improve on every new MoC you create, if you think its not as good as your last then give it some work to make it better.

Also, look to buy sets that have the pieces you need.

That can be very difficult to do CzaR, but I know I need to do it. As for buying sets, I usually buy Titans so that I can get a lot of different pieces, insted of buy a lot of canisters in which you'll get the same kind of pieces (most of the time, except for the Barraki). ;)
