Not unless your epic (assuming it is BIONICLE-related, of course) already features humans or takes place in the human world. If not, I don't suggest doing it.

Holiday two parters work for comedies because comedies often don't make sense in the first place, whereas epics usually try to have at least some semblance of order and logic in their plots. Shoving a two-part holiday special in your epic for no reason would probably come across as forced and unnatural and unnecessary for your story.

But if you want to do it anyway, go ahead. It's your epic, so do what you want with it.
