I went ice skating today. Something I don't have much experience doing. I fell three times, but the most painful part is a bruise on my knee that I got when I was following my brother to the bleachers. As he stepped over, his blade got me right under the kneecap, and I have since warned him that he shall be beaten down before the week is over.

As a side note the Chicago Blackhawks are beating their biggest rivals, the Detroit Red Wings 3-1 in the third period. Unfortunately, my mother commandeered the television, so I can't actually watch it. I am restricted to listening to it on WGN, and while Tom Wiedeman and Troy Murray are great announcers, it isn't anything like actually watching what's happening. After all, hockey is so much more random than baseball that it's harder to imagine exactly what's happening. Baseball is a very orderly game.
