Glad things are a bit relaxed for you--I've had a similar situation. I was just about to explode with stress, but break can do wonders. I love the season, the cold weather (no way!), and just all that. I'm hoping to catch up on things as well. good luck on that story as well, I miss reading your stuff.

I don't really like white Christmases anymore. I just really want to be with my family for Christmas, and we're going to my grandparent's place, and we're going to need a £100 disabled taxi for my other grandma, and none of it will be possible with a white christmas. So I'm hoping the snow will melt.

I don't know, I kinda prefer the rain during the winter. It's the closest to snow we'll ever get, so I like it. Plus the sound of rain drops on a roof is really soothing during the night.

Of course, the torrential rains that have been going the last 48 hours are threatening to overflow our pool and flood one side of the house, so that's a slight problem, but oh well. We can just pump water out of the pool.

Yeah, after having it for like a week, I actually like it. I just didn't like it at first because I couldn't play basketball or do other outside activities. Running is also worse in the rain, but not impossible so it's fine. =P

And yeah, I love the sound of rain drops, too, lol.
