I chose options 4 and 5: white with either orange or light blue (or the transparent versions thereof). Plasma is the hottest state of matter, so you want colors for it that suggest extreme heat – hence white and blue, the hottest colors of fire, or instead of blue the brightness of orange.

 

Definitely not options two or three, and I wouldn't include dark red either...

While yes, it should technically be blue/white, when I hear plasma I still think of more reddish colors. So I say combo #1.

@ToM: Heh, you are right, I had been leaning more toward option, being that Dark Red would be a decent enough contrast, but it is probably a better color scheme for a creation of Magma...

 

Your point stands, though.. I'm running out of white parts =P

 

On a slightly differant note, what element would you Ascribe Metal Blue to?

Red and cyan. I call for red and cyan. I would say blue and orange, but it would kinda look odd if both were brightly colored, since they're complementary colors an' all.

Ah, maybe a red and Trans-blue combo would work. Or maybe (I almost doubt this would look good) but maybe a trans-orange and metal blue combo. We'll see. Thanks for all the imput guys. Keep it coming =D
