I've had this song stuck in my head for days. It just keeps on playing inside my head, reminding me of dreams in life that are long-shots, people that I admire and care about...just lots of things. Keeps me being a hopeless romantic.

Still, I swear, this song can make me melt like butter when I hear it, lol.

In exactly ten more minutes (from when I'm writing this, anyway), we will be experiencing something that will not happen in another 100 years: 11/11/11 11:11. Although this may not seem that big, this is something that comes around once every hundred years that not a lot of people realize. My great-grandmother is still alive today to see it for a second time, and she is the only person I know that has had the ability to see this twice.

Nonetheless, I think this is a pretty momentous occasion, that probably none of us will ever see again throughout our lifetime, unless we live past a hundred, anyway.

Either way, let's celebrate this when it happens - it isn't something you see everyday.

    ...until premier perks go awaaaay. ;_;

I'm going to miss blogging and polling and blogging and polling. Even though I haven't really been polling. Blogging I've done too much of.

If you want a really, really good story to read, go read A Moment of Fragile Courage by Grant-Sud in the CoT forum. I have only just recently read it, but it is a great and touching story. I promise, you will enjoy it and probably won't forget it. =)

I've been really curious about this recently, but is there any limit to how many stories you can post in the SS forum? This has been bugging me lately, because I've been wanting to re-post stories and wasn't sure how many I could post in one day. I'm not sure if it's anything like the Epics forum with chapters, although I'd think not. Either way, anybody have an answer to this question? =/

...really, I'd like to say thanks for those who commented. It really made me consider things and see a brighter side. Everybody who commented made me feel a heck of a lot better than what I was feeling like before, and made me realize that sometimes getting angry at a lack of reviews is pretty stupid. You can't expect reviews to be handed to you on a silver platter - you must be patient.

And with those comments, I noticed that lots of people tried to really cheer me up, which I really appreciate. I realized that people did kind of care for my well-being, whether it was in a small way or a little larger. It made me more or less see that some people do notice me, even if it isn't distributed into reviews or praise. It's in a friendly manner, which is much more worth having than critique in many ways.

To everybody, thanks for the comments and making me feel better. I really appreciate it.

Apparently I overstepped the boundaries in the previous entry, my apologies to the staff and to members who I argued with. I was planning on locking the entry anyway because of the way things were going, but TN saved me the trouble of doing that. I enjoy talking about politics, so I got out of hand. Still, I hope this won't have a bad affect on the way people look at me or if their opinion of me changes, but hey, I forgot the rule of no political discussion on BZP. Still, willing to make amends.

Because I'm simply bored, I'm going to let you people ask me dozens beyond dozens of questions (yes, you can ask more than one in a comment if you care to), and I'll answer them for my own personal entertainment. Despite the fact I despise these types of entries sometimes, I've done it a few times before and decided I'd do it again.

    Well, anyway, shoot.

Well, I'm pretty sure that this is the last night that I'll have my blog, so I guess I have to have this at one point. Disappointed I didn't get my story up, but still, ask me anything.

And, keep in mind that intellectual questions are also allowed.

Yeah, I wrote this a long time ago when it was getting close to winter time. I couldn't resist posting it here. =P

    Autumn

    Summer’s leaves

    Fallen

    Turned to orange and yellow

    Found beneath the silver trees

    The colors in a swirl

    The brown and green

    Coursing with the yellow

    All in an autumn whirl

    The sky still holds

    The pearly clouds above

    The sun still shines

    On the faded green pines

    Colder weather

    O, don’t we love?

    The breezes flow

    Past the trees above

    The leaves begin to fall

    Representing the beginning

    Of the beautiful season—

    Autumn

Well, there you go. I went in and out of rhyming, so that's why the last stanza didn't rhyme. Anyway, enjoy. =]

So, for the fun of it I decided I'd blog about BZP's new look. There's probably been five other members who did this before me, but eh, I don't care. =P I'm going to weigh in a little bit on the pros and cons, hopefully some people might comment and give some insight, too (which, might I add, is completely welcome). Read below for the review.

    The New Look

Honestly, it's a bit dull - not much life in it. It's just blue and white. We need more flare. Blue and white are overused colors. I'm aware that the staff is going to be getting skins up, if I'm not mistaken, which might be better. But it would be nice if we some red here and their, or a really bright color. I'm not personally attacking the staff's decision with the color choice, but just saying.

    Forums and Their Home

I like that the creative outlet is now its own forum area, with Art, Library, and RPGs and whatnot easy to find. They're all together. That's what it need to be. Before General Discussion was in the middle of it, which seemed out of place. Now it seems much better.

And LEGO sets and Bionicle sets are together, which looks nice instead of it being a 'Non-Bionicle' area at the bottom. To me, the whole area is laid out better.

    Birthdays? People have birthdays?

Yeah, I don't necessarily like that it's a content block at the side. Rather have all the member names at the bottom like it used to be; seems like now there's a list you have to look through in a BZP link. It was easier to read the birthdays off, go wish the people happy birthdays, and move on. Now it's click, click, click typetypetypetype now. I don't consider this a huge issue, but would be better the old way.

    Blogs

I like the layout, but no favorites list at the top? I liked that I could instantly go to my favorite blogs, but now I've got to either search through pages and pages or add them to that list or whatever on an entirely seperate page. I have no clue how to add the blogs there. *shrug*

    Profiles are good, but...

...status? o.O Not sure why that's there, but I don't entirely dislike it. I don't see a huge need for it, but oh well. Either way, I like the profiles now, it's easy to see friends, check your blog, et cetera. It is more organized than before and easier to navigate through, honestly.

    ***

Those are my views, so now for just a list of pros/cons now below.

    Pros

    ~ Yay, organization
    ~ Decent look
~ Forums/Subforums in their right places
~ Profiles look good and organized
~ Comments easier to track on profiles
~ Reply boxes are more fully-equipped
~ No having to worry about codes to put in!
    ~ Instant multiquote
    ~ IT'S BACK

    Cons

    ~ Colors are slightly dull
    ~ Dataclysm repeat, noooo
    ~ How do I favorite blogs? >.>
~ Newest blog entries of blogs I don't view? Eh, might not be too bad...
~ Quick reply should be an open/close box
    ~ Confusing instant PM system

    So in all...

Pros outweigh the cons 9-6, yaaaay. Anybody is welcome to provide their own thoughts on BZP's new system.

Because I forgot, there won't be a chapter tonight for Danger Close because it's already 11 PM, so there'll probably be three to four chapters tomorrow. Oh how I'm loving how I can forget the twelve hour rule f or now. 8D

Good night, BZP. Chapters for DC will be tomorrow, which for me will only be about ten minutes of coding, lol.

So I just played three hours worth of Charades for the first time in my life with my family. We played Password also, and I won the second game, although the third one I started to die on a bit, lol. We only did movie titles, and the first few were easy, but the last charades were a pain.

Also, side note, no Halloween story, guys - I cancelled it because I don't have enough time to write it, and I'm going to be busy writing for the Short Story contest. Maybe next year, or just a delayed Halloween story or something. You'll still get a story out of it, nonetheless.

This seems like the fad right now, so I'm willing to follow it.

    Portal 2
    Scarlett
    Nintendo 3DS
(only if I get 3DS) Ocarina of Time
    Animal Crossing 3DS
    Skyward Sword
Ranger's Apprentice: Lost Stories Book 11
    The Outcasts (Brotherband Chronicles)
    Forza Motorsport 4
    F1 2011
    Grace Kelly Rear Window Barbie

Basically what I want, I can't think of anything else. However, that's a pretty expensive list, annnnd my parent's said that there would be a lighter load for Christmas gifts this year, so maybe some of these things I might either buy myself or get for my birthday. I'll wait and see what happens.

Just made some, also some apple bread. Took about forty or so minutes to get both mixed, poured in the pans, and in the oven. It's baking now, it has another forty/thirty minutes to bake. It's smelling gooood...

Okay, I decided I'd take a look inside the proclaimed 'awesome' forums by so many comic makers alike, and viewed a few of the 'great' comics. I had gone there on the old forums, and looking at them now, they still aren't all that funny. No personal offense to the artists themselves, but I'm going to go on a rant about them and point out what I saw and the flaws.

First, after looking at one artist who will go unnamed, I saw the comics and took a look at the first one. Of course, it was just an introduction to the PGS characters, so it wasn't supposed to be funny, I guess. But I looked at the next few comics, and I still didn't see it all that funny.

So, let me tell you why: There's no wit. Wit. Yes, most of you might have heard of it. When making a comic, short or long, the potential subject should at least carry out a witty form of banter with characters, a subject that can produce interesting discussion between characters, when it might finally lead to a humorous end. Or, at least a similar comic type to that.

So, next, I took at somebody else's comics who is named as a genius among the comic-maker community. After looking, not all that much of a genius. The comics have some funny points, but not laugh out loud funny. I viewed the first five comics and I wasn't impressed.

    ...

Okay, well this wasn't all that long of a rant, but that's a miniaturized version of what I first intended to rant about. But, nonetheless, a rant.

...for breaking Nigel Mansell's 14 poles in a complete season of F1, Vettel reaching 15. For those who don't know what I'm talking about, I am referring to Formula One, a racing sport unlike such as GP2, IndyCar, and Nascar. Nonetheless, Vettel secured the record with an amazing lap time around the Brazillian circuit (not sure of the specific name) in the F1 season, which was also the last qualifying session of the season.

Tomorrow Vettel will be starting 1st in the grand prix, so let's wish him luck that he'll win. And for those who are the least bit curious about his background, he's a driver at Red Bull Renault, one of the twelve teams in F1. Red Bull is currently leading the world championship with Vettel at the helm, with teams like Ferrari and Mclaren Mercedes far back. Vettel had already won the championship a few races back, still having over a one hundred point lead over the contenders. This will also be Vettel's second world championship, a back-to-back victory with his first.

Sebastian Vettel is a very humble driver and is very kind to his teammate and RBR team, and although rising to a similar power like that of Michael Schumacher (seven-time world champion, in the sport and at the other Mercedes team), but doesn't wish to be called that. Idolizing Schumacher since he was a kid and was karting at an early age, Vettel secured a drive as a replacement for (I might be wrong) Nick Heidfeld at BMW for one race, and appeared again at the junior Red Bull Team, STR (Scuderia Toro Rosso).

After securing a point in a race at the Indianapolis GP, he finished 4th in another race at the team, which gave him the drive at RBR. The rest is history from there.

Vettel is, again, a humble driver, and although beating many records since his appearance in the sport, doesn't let it overwhelm him and doesn't let his ego get in the way. Unlike others, he's a fair racer and has deserved every point he's earned. Hopefully he will evolve into a legacy and he will continue to win for a long time.

Why so many? We have the System contest, the RPG contest, the two SS contests - what's next? Of course, I don't mind it, but I just don't remember there being so many back on the old forums. =/

Planning on getting the first chapter of DC back up before the end of the night. Hopefully I can get it up in a few minutes. Also, I need some help digging up some of my old stories. I'm looking for plenty of stories, although I can't name some of them. If some people can help me look through the SS and Epics archives for the stories/review topics for stuff by me and whatnot, I'd really appreciate it.

I'll update the entry when I get the review topic and story topic up, but for the meantime, going to post the chapter.

(Side question: How do I stop the paragraphs from automatically going to the center? I've been having problems with that lately. Any answer to that would be great.)
