So, ever since BZPower forums have come back online, we've had Premier Membership perks. I wasn't really sure what to do about this, as I don't really enjoy writing blogs, but I just thought that I'd let you know a few things about one of LEGO's recent collaborations, with a charity called Children In Need, here in the UK.

Children in Need has been around since the 1980s, and is a televised charity event. It involves raising money for the less fortunate children and young people in the UK, such as those who live in poverty. Since 1980, it has raised over £500 million, and this year Children in Need has teamed up with LEGO to bring us this, a LEGO set of the mascot of Children In Need, Pudsey Bear. It costs £4 from LEGO Shop@Home, and is also available in Asda shops throughout the UK. All profit from this LEGO Pudsey will go to Children in Need, and this will be at least £1, which is a quarter of the entire cost of the set.

In my opinion, this is a fantastic cause, and a great reason to buy another set. So, if you live in the UK, I really hope you'll buy one of these, and help support the disadvantaged young people around us.

YO YO YO WASSUP IN THE HOUSE Y'ALL???

    Yeah hi. I'm back .

And I'm here to talk about iOS 5. I guess. But yeah, here we go. Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

I've recently downloaded and updated to iOS 5 on my iPhone 4. I opened iTunes, and realised I had to download the new iTunes. And that took half an hour. I then had to download the software, and it took 4 hours! That's just not real. I don't even know why. Why couldn't it have just been an update?

So yeah, it downloaded, and I restarted my laptop. Lo and behold, blue screen of death. For goodness sake. I had to install it the next night.

As for the features of iOS 5, well, iMessage is pretty cool. When it works. I've been texting my friend, who has a 3GS, and we've realised that iMessaging works only 50% of the time. The other 50% it just uses up our texts. This could probably be rectified if iMessage was it's own app, rather than part of the texting app.

The notification centre, on the other hand, is utterly fantastic. It may be stolen from Android, but still. It works amazingly well for me. I just love the way I only need to look at one thing to know three people have messaged me on Facebook, my Sister's phoned me up, and my Dad's sent me an email. It's fantastic.

I've used the reader thing for the articles on the internet quite a bit, on a lot of BZPower's news articles. And if I'm honest, I much prefer it to reading the text embedded on the internet. The font just feels more friendly to a lot of website's fonts.

As for reminders, I'll probably never use them in my life. Same with the news stand. They're still pretty cool to have.

Yeah, thanks for reading anyway. I might actually invest in Premier Membership to keep blogs.

I've honestly never used a blog on BZPower before, and I'm glad to say I'm doing it now.

I'm just going to update you on what I've been doing for the past 6 months. You know, when BZPower was down? Thought so.

I got promoted on HS01 =D First and foremost, that's an achievement. An epic achievement. I hope to help out a bit more often
I just got on with life. I have one of those.
