01: Tarakava Nui. It's just a huge combiner with a lot of playabilility. In terms of actual sets, I'm unique. Any of the turaga.
02: Boxor. Oh my god, this is so nostalgic. I love the feature, and Nuparu, and everything.
03: Makuta. Takanuva is overrated. Give Teridax some love!
04: Erhm... Matau.
05: Keelerak, Matau, and Suukorak.
06: Botar was just amazing. Piruk was also great.
07: Takadox and Hydraxon for actual sets. Pit War Tortise for combiners. It was the one model that actually has a complex build.
08: Mutran and Vican. Hands down. Always my favorite. Although Chirox is a close second. I love the Shelek.
09: Titan Mata Nui. He's the closest thing to the Great Spirit Robot we'll ever get.
10: Umm... Baterra. Oh... Umm.... Gresh?

I see nothing of the sort in this picture. It's a legal connection without any collisions. In fact, it's built almost exactly the same way as the Mata Nui Cow, a combi model from a 2001 LEGO Magazine. The only difference is the addition of a single Technic bushing between the two horns.
Yes, that's what it is.I don't see a problem either, I though you meant some kind of cut piece like Dark Hunter Charge's arm blades which are Tahu Nuva's swords with a slight alteration.
Oh. Now I see. I consider myself stupider than I was before I posted this...

Yes, that's what it is.

No, no. Yes, the Gali hooks were normal, but each one has a peg. If you look closer, it looks like two pins fit in a space that can only fit one.

Alright, this was an extremely stupid observation. Feel free to ignore it, or do anything else.

Let's look at strengths and weaknesses.
Bionicle:
Strengths:
Stronger.
More intelligent.
Villagers that actually fight back.
Harder to defeat villains.
Weaknesses:
If you lose a warrior, he/she's gone for good.
More traitors.
Hero Factory:
Strengths:
If you lose a warrior, they can probably be rebuilt.
Most of them could adapt to attacks, although I recall one of the Piraka (I think Reidak) could do that too.
Very few traitors.
Weaknesses:
Not very smart.
Villagers/civilians are useless burdens.
Villains are plain cool dudes.
Quite weak.

It doesn't sound too bad until you think of the human equivalent.
