I wouldn't say it's a reliable metaphor because most prey evolves some sort of defense against the predator, be it some sort of behavior, toxin, camouflage, or whatever nature decides to evolve as. Helps keep the population in balance and ensure survival of the species. Otherwise, it would all die out and the food chain would break down. It doesn't ensure survival, but greatly increases the odds of it. Thusly causing the predatory species to evolve to compensate as well. It's an ever continuing process of evolutionary tug-of-war.

I really like the build and how it harkens back to G1 material. It's a simple build with a nice design to it. But that OP-ness in his character is a bit much for me.
-
This is amazing. I want to make one of my own! How many protectors did that take?
-
Well, for future reference, don't assume. You know what that does to you and me.
And no. It's a Furno Jet Machine I picked up on Ebay. I didn't keep the box however because it was really banged up when I got it. I only buy LEGO brand bricks and parts.- 1

It's really convenient that they are like that I guess. It lets me have a lot more use of the seperate parts or them together.

I'll take pictures of it later this evening if you need photographic proof. I don't appreciate being called a liar. You could just ask politely.
EDIT: Here's your proof. I'd like an apology for the accusation, ShadowWolfHount.

Thank you all. ^^

They're pretty peaceful. They don't have natural predators. It'd probably just stare at you funny.
-
Haha, no it's just a rahi. It's intended to be a cavernous relative to the Ussal, more adapted for life in the underground.

Which sets are necessary here? LoSS and PoS?
I used LoSS, the PoS, and the leg guards from Gali MoW. Also some Skull Spider legs for the mouth.
Ball-joint eyes are best eyes. allways!
Yeeeeesss.

Oh! Thank you. Yes it's a pretty cute name. ^^
-
I added a breakdown image so you can construct your own to the OP!
-
If you want instructions, I am capable of doing a breakdown so you can see how it's constructed!
-
Isn't it?? I love it. I think I'm going to make one the personal pet of Anapouri.
-
I made another Rahi. I wanted to make something kind of based on the Ussal crab but on a compact scale. I ended up with this little guy. He's really sturdy and kind of fun to pose.

Deep in the cavernous regions of Okoto dwells the resiliant Cave-Crawler. Cousin to the Ussal Crab, these crustaceans burrow through the earth at lightning speeds, creating mazes of caverns in search of their favorite snack; valuable gemstones. Having evolved without large claws, they dig using their front legs, and have become a favorite transportation livestock for the denizens of the island.

Yeah they do. At least the ones in my Furno Jet Suit thing did.
-
Assuming the MOC's the one in your avatar, it looks good from what I can see of it,
That would be correct.
-
Yay! Enjoy having her around. XD
-
That. Is. Adorable.
Its like a Cross between a Gorilla and a Rhino.
Yeah that's what somebody else said to me that I showed. I love it though. I imagine this little guy romping around the ice fields and using it's horn to break through ice to find food or something.
-
Cut pieces? I didn't cut any parts or manipulate anything unnaturally.
EDIT:
If you're talking about the parts on her tail, I didn't cut those. The little red sword blades that go in them come out and can be put back into them.
-
I made a little Rahi! I was just messing around with some spare parts that I had and I put this guy together. I called it the Okotian Chrome-Back because it sort of reminds me of a Gorilla.
----Lost in the frozen tundras of Okoto, these solitary beasts live a peaceful life with few predators. Known for their reclusive tendencies, the Okotian Chrome-Back prefers colder, mountainous habitats.

Just let me know if you want some help then! I can PM you the images or something. ^^
-
I might try making a mock-up of this in spare time. The design is fantastic, and it just feels so original!
The model looks pretty solid and sturdy, and the colors are pretty evenly distributed, as well.
Oh thank you! If you want, I can take some pictures of each part disassembled so you can see how she's constructed if you want to do something similar. She's actually a very simple build!

I Like it much better than the 2012 version.
And the Nuva armor is executed much better than most builds
The Red CCBS Going down the back kinda to me gives the appearance of hair.
Thank you!
Yeah, I wanted the Nuva armor to read also as feminine ARMOR, not just feminine assets. And yeah, I can totally see that about the red CCBS on the back. I had a lot of fun using the new system to build her. It allowed for a lot more possibilities and complex framework than I expected.
