How do you make games like this?

I know you might say that it's because of the sales but why the sales were dropping? I know the story was complex but, I think it's that the story was based on the mask of life. The idea was good but it was the same thing each year. It might also be the build. It was the same body build and the same weapons each time!

When BIONICLE started, it was a "Mask Hunt" for the Toa and the kids. In 2004, the story was more of "Disk Hunt". Then, it was just the same "Mask of Life Hunt". I think that BIONICLE's ending was supposed to be because of the same purpose of the heroes.

History: No one knows, even Alphuga, what he was before. The only think he remembers is his last words that he said: -"And that's the legend!". He was unconscious for 2,550 years on mount Ihu. He never was in Metru Nui. The reason of his body is unknown. He thinks that he has greater powers. He does not believe he is a Ko-Matoran.

How to install it? I downloaded the files but I can't start the game

What is it going to be about? Is it going to focus on the Toa, like the official books, or the Matoran, like MNOG?

Please Help! How do you use these? I really want to make one!

What would you like to know? What you will do first is download the image with the desired parts you want. Then open a blank image file then copy and paste the desired parts into that blank file and place them together. It is a trial and error process until you find a design you like. Make sure to only copy the desired parts. If you cut them from their original file then accidently save it the part will be lost and you'll have to re download the original file once more.

I tried getting GIMP to work the other day. After spending ages staring at it while it was 'Querying new Plug-ins", I gave up. The process for using the kit should be basically the same, you just need to work out which tools do the same jobs. You'll need to be able to use

Select

Paste (transparent)

Colour picker

Colour replacer

Rotate

 

So I've almost finished converting all the kits to the new colour palette. Unfortunately, while working on the Toa Edition and all the Titan kits, one of the tools was set wrong and ended up messing up the colour schemes quite hideously. This has been fixed on all but the Toa Edition, which is a rather hefty job that I'm putting off for the moment. Still, should be done soon! Then I can get back to making new angles for the limbs, to stop the Protectors looking so silly.

I LOVE THIS KITS!!! I like the pixel style and the fun to build them! I will use my character for a school presentation!

I think so. Please, make your point.

 

Story: Who likes it? DO YOU REMEMBER THE OLD ONE?! If you wanted bionicle back, then why liking the one that is just the same but the best parts of the story gone? Do you know the old one? it was thousands times better!

Parts: The old sets had fantastic parts and now you get very simple parts. THE SETS WERE GOOD BECAUSE OF TECHNIC PARTS!!! And more, there was thousands more possibilities for MOCs! Not to mention how good they looked like!

Preface: This topic is mainly aimed towards the haters/general dislikers of the Creature and Character Building System (CCBS, or "Hero Factory" parts), in reference to it's use in BIONICLE's 2015 return.

 

 

Basically, I would like to know what you don't like about CCBS. What do you think is wrong with it? Personally when I first learned of BIONICLE's return I was disappointed with the use of CCBS in the sets. I thought it was "simple" and "boring". I was basically one of the "haters". Thing is though, I had barely any experience with it--owning only two simple Hero Factory sets--and hadn't kept up with Hero Factory after BIONICLE's ending. The more I researched the new sets though, I actually really started to like the designs. When I finally got my hands on some of the new sets once they were released, I was able to experiment with CCBS and actually really liked it. Nowadays I find myself generally limiting myself to building only with CCBS because of how much I like it, including some Technic as well of course. In my opinion, it's truly a remarkable building system and works very well as a system for creating playable, pose-able action figures.

 

My question to you is: why don't you like it? Have you given it a chance, or are you making assumptions, like I did?

You mean the brittle, overspecialized pieces that were relatively hard to MOC with? How exactly were those perfect, and how did the CCBS ruin Bionicle?

 

Do you remember the fun for building the old bionicles? They looked better and had more possibilities for MOCs! Now, you assemble a skeleton and put a shell on it.
