  1. Thanks to Arkahn Knight, Scarecrow has become my favorite DC villain.

Same here, Scarecrow is one of my favorite villains due to the Arkham series. I liked him in Arkham Asylum, & I'm glad he was the main antagonist in Arkham Knight. So far, he's my favorite incarnation of Scarecrow. I think RockSteady did an astounding job on making the villains :)

Although I do wish the Arkham Knight was a completely new character, not a persona to be put aside.

  2. What did you think of the Arkham Knight?

I thought the Arkham Knight was a well-written villain & one of my, if not my favorite villain in the game. Although I thought he was going to be a new-character all-together, not another persona. However, I'm fine with Jason Todd being the Arkham Knight for the most part as he & Batman had tensions in the past. Regardless, I still enjoyed the game very much  :)

Now I need to find those Riddler trophies, then I have 100% completion. :l Lastly, does anyone know, or have any tips, on how to make an Arkham Knight costume? I already know where I can possibly purchase the helmet.

  3.

We do not speak of Blackgate. It's blasphemous.

    I never played it XD

I've only played Asylum, City, Origins, & Knight.

Don't. Don't try to corrupt your soul and sanity. Origins was tolerable, but Blackgate is on a whole other level.

I must resist the urge for more xbox gamerscore, what do I do?

Speaking of series, does Arkham Knight mean the end for the 'Arkham' games? I mean...

Since Batman appears to die in the end, how/where can we go from there? Though, you technically don't need Batman, but what's the point.

I believe Rocksteady has said so unfortunately, but at least they ended with a high note.

  4. Has anyone 100% completed Arkham Knight yet? I want to, but I just can't push myself to collect all the Riddler Trophies.

And why isn't the Batman Beyond skin in the console versions??! :censored:

I'm at 91.6%, I beat the game Wednesday morning after purchasing my pre-ordered copy at 11:30am at GameStop. And IKR, the Batman Beyond skin is not for consoles. :( :( And those Riddler trophies, I must overcome my laziness & increase my motivation to even higher levels.

We do not speak of Blackgate. It's blasphemous.

    I never played it XD

I've only played Asylum, City, Origins, & Knight.

Forget all those skins. When are we going to get a Flashpoint Paradox Thomas Wayne Batman skin?

I want an Arkham Knight skin. If they do that, then they can shut up & take my money.

  5. Please use this topic if you want to talk about the Batman: Arkham Series. The main trilogy of games are Batman: Arkham Asylum (2009), Batman: Arkham City (2011), & Batman: Arkham Knight (2015). However, there are other games like Batman: Arkham Origins (2012) & Batman: Blackgate (2013). As Batman: Arkham Knight came out this week on June 23rd & after I completed the main story, I thought it would be good to make a topic about the series in order to see if other people on BZPower have ever played ANY of the games. Please talk about ANYTHING related to the game, whether it be favorite characters, what your favorite Arkham game is, cosplay, favorite boss battles, & anything else that I could not think of while typing this. ENJOY!  :b: :a: :t: :m: :a: :n:

I apologize if a topic has been made of the game already, or if I am doing anything wrong.

The Great Beings have been confirmed by Greg F to be of the Glatorian species

I don't ever recall this being confirmed. Do you have a source on this?

An interesting quote on the GBs:

SInce we don't have many pictures of the Great Beings, I was wondering what they look like. I know Velika disguised himself as a Matoran, but in most of the pictures of unnamed Great Beings they don't look like Bionicles at all! Are they totally organic? And I was also wondering what turned Velika evil.

I always saw them as being most likely of the same species as the Glatorian. We never discussed the concept of them coming from some other world or anything like that. But exactly what they look like was never determined.

    Source

Intersting, the Skrall were related to the Glatorian species, & Greg said that he assumed the Great Beings were similar to the Glatorian. It is possible that the Great Beings used to co-exist with the residents of Spheres Magna, but they eventually evolved (development of creativity), similar to how some Rock Agori evolved into Bone Hunters. And the Agori-Glatorian society was having a considerable amount of trouble fixing & relying on previous technology. Perhaps this is due to the certain kind of evolution of the Great Beings that I have in mind.  ^_^

  7. I thought that they would probably fire in a similar fashion to crossbows. And that the disk power would be activated upon pulling the trigger.

The Gear Shredder in Transformers: Fall of Cybertron reminds me of the Kanoka Launchers very much, & interestingly, that's the weapon I use most when playing as the Scientist class.  ^_^

  8. Call me boring, I'd be hesitant to join any of those factions, really, so I'd go with Metru Nui. The Hand and the Order are frequently morally questionable. The Brotherhood, the League and the DHs are all morally bankrupt.

Also, anybody have a clue what the salary's like for any of these groups?

If I was a member of the Order, I would be frightened of being executed without knowing the reasons, as the OoMN even killed their own in order to keep the location of Artakha secret. So I would be loyal mostly out of loyalty to Helryx & out of the fear of being assassinated by one of my own.

  9.

    Anyone play transformers WfC?

War for Cybertron was good, but Fall of Cybertron was, hands down, unbelievably better in my opinion. It felt much more solid and had some amazing ways to mix up the levels with the characters you use.

    Takuma Nuva

I play both on the Xbox. I liked FoC better (character customization, wider variety of characters, & a couple other reasons I can't think of at this time), however it was mostly because I played FoC before WfC. Do you both still play them? :)

  10.

I would most likely be the decent-but-not-so-great player in this game.

Just like when I had gym IRL. Only for this game, I would gladly accept being picked last or not getting picked at all by a team...

...because I'd really rather not be crushed by a boulder...

In all seriousness, this would be a pretty decent game to play. Maybe for IRL games, one could use a giant inflatable beach ball instead of a boulder for the Kolhii ball. That way, only some and not all of the people get hurt.

I know what you mean. Took me a week to just get the ball to get off the ground.

Technically you can play with a beach ball. As long as it's 24-36 inches it fits within the standards for the ball.

That would be a good idea. How about a topic about games/events that have to do with Bionicle? (gaming, card games, sports, etc.) :D

  11.

I just imagine playing with the BZP community and it's just a montage of me getting hit in the face repeatedly without being able to recover from the last hit.

(Now the reason why the infected Kolhii balls in MNOG spread disease quickly makes sense.)

I actually think BZP getting together to play would be great. Create our own local teams and have a local supply the kolhii balls.

Then at one point we'd all head to the same place and get to hang out before the game... c:
Ah, it would be so fun. There should be a BZP section for meetups and such. I can last a long time in a Kolhii Match so watch yourself ;) :D

*montage of me getting hit repeatedly in the face over and over again in the final tournament game*

*and one of you accidentally nearly killing a spectator with a new move*

*gets hit in face, ball bounces off and nearly kills spectator*

Me:*peforms the Takua maneuver, ball goes out of control, almost hits someone of value to BZP* ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (JK)

But seriously, there should be meet ups for this, this would be REALLY fun to do, especially with other people around.

  12. Well, I probably would've chosen Metru Nui. but I already voted.

I can't believe I forgot them, my apologies for forgetting about them.  :dunce:  :headbonk: <--Yes, both of them are me

I would've picked Metru Nui also. They have a great city & are a major key-point in the Matron universe.

  13. Well whoever voted before me had the exact same thing as me :P . OoMN, Yes, Yes.

That was me haha  I also intended to vote for HoA & BoM, as those would have been my previous factions.

Does Metru Nui, and all of its inhabitants, Toa, and rahi, not count as a faction? They seemed to act like one after the Dark Hunter invasion, and they don't really belong to any of the others.

I guess you could argue that Teridax was responsible for it as Makuta of Metru Nui, but its more of a title than actual ownership. Dume had much more influence as a leader, and he's completely unrelated to the Brotherhood.

My apologies. :( I was thinking of leaving them as "None/Form own group", but I will add them right now. I wasn't thinking about that properly.
