Well between school and life I haven't been able to get much of anything done, have I? Life snuck up on me while my back was turned and started shooting at me, so I was at a bit of a disadvantage and needed to find cover. Of course, once I found cover Life kept shooting and I couldn't find an opening, and it was quite some time before I could step out long enough to deflect some bullets with my sword and get closer, but once that started I gained momentum and eventually got up to Life, cut off his arm, and knocked him out cold. I dropped him off at the hospital with a note addressed to him saying, "Don't mess with the nest."
...Get it? Nest? Because I'm a Bohrok?
    ...

But anyway, hopefully the next chapter of Sekai will be up this week. I've gotten real far behind on that, but I'm still hoping to finish it before (or not far after) the two year mark. I guess we'll just have to wait and see how that goes...
I hope you guys like this next scenario. It's still in the Lost Continent 9 arc, and it focuses on Khadaz and Norscu and everyone investigating the Dark Knights' castle. How can they do something like that, you ask? You'll see. B)

BIONICLE: The Forgotten Bond has made some good progress, though it will still be a while before I put it online. Besides this and Sekai there are a few other stories I'm working on (for use on other websites), but they're almost done so that may create some more time for both Sekai and Forgotten Bond.

And Technic Coliseum...I really need to get better at making frequent updates on that. Registration for the next tournament should begin this week, and once that's over we'll have new recruits and equipment--I'll be making some items for Hero Factory heroes available, sorry it took so long. As for the recruits I don't want to say, but you can probably guess who they are and what equipment they might be needing. And the Krana Xa-Kal...I've still got nothing. Its only storyline function is to wake up the Bahrag--how do you turn that into a battle item? Any suggestions would be welcome.

I've also been considering a name change, but I kind of like "Exo-Pahrak Kal Titan"...my new idea was "Paladin Panrahk." I'll have to give that some thought...just saying, I might become someone new sometime soon. Not sure when I'll go back to being an Exo-Zadakh. But that's all I have to say. Until next time!

Being excited about G2 and Dragon Ball Super got me thinking again about this idea I had a few years back about a crossover fic. Well, basically it was just putting Bionicle characters into DBZ roles, with a few minor adjustments here and there, but no one’s ever accused me of being super original, now have they? Still don’t have the motivation to write up the whole story, but dumping AU ideas seems to be a thing, I believe? So, Bionicle DBZ AU goooo!

-Let’s see, the basics: initial setting is Mata Nui, populated by Matoran with human-length lifespans who can reproduce and grow physically as they age because it would be weird for them to stay small the whole time. Our hero is Tahu, who washed up on the island in a strange canister and was found by a Matoran named Jaller. Tahu has a gear on his back, and when he sees a full moon he transforms into Akamai, but reverts when the gear is cut off. I was planning to condense a lot of original Dragon Ball into one arc, so there was stuff with Jaller leaving Tahu with Master Vakama, Balta [Krillin] was there training, and Macku [bulma] ropes them into a hunt for the six Makoki Stones! Long ago, the guardian Mata Nui created stones imbued with the Elements, get them all together and you summon the magical dragon Cahdok through some gateway to another realm, and she grants your wish. Thinking we might as well bring in Hafu [Yamcha] and Orkahm [Tien]? Anyway, the driving thing is the evil Teridax [Piccolo] competing for the Makoki Stones and ultimately wishing to have his power restored, yadda-yadda, death and Makoki Stone revival, new and less evil Teridax!

-Tahu marries Dalu and they give birth to a son also named Jaller, we find out Tahu’s from the warrior race known as the Toa when his brother Onua [Radditz] arrives and all that. Tahu’s Other World journey becomes a quest to Metru Nui to train with Turaga Dume, not sure if the Spirit Bomb would be a thing but it would definitely be Fire based if it showed up, Kaio-ken would probably be replaced with the Golden Kanohi. Eventually two more Toa show up: Pohatu [Nappa] and Kopaka [Vegeta], and that…goes as well as you’d expect.

-So, Namek. Since Namekians were definitely going to become Makuta, I was thinking Destral at first, but then I thought Voya Nui might be more interesting? Dende is Krika, the Grand Elder is Miserix, Antroz is the guy who eventually becomes the next Grand Elder, and Icarax is Nail. Voya Nui’s Makoki Stones summon Gahdok, by the way. On the villains side, I thought it’d be funny if Freiza and his gang were all Hero Factory characters, such as Stormer [Frieza], Breez [Zarbon], Surge [Dodoria], and the Rocka Force, including Captain Rocka (3.0) and the rest of the 3.0 Heroes. Super Saiyan is obviously Toa Nuva—the idea is that a Toa’s power is tied to their armor, so they can find ways to transform their armor and draw new power from it. Anywho, Tahu Nuva defeats Stormer, Voya Nui blows up, etc etc.

-Stormer gets restored by Von Nebula [King Cold] and attacks Mata Nui, but Tahu hasn’t come back yet. Things look bleak, but Krakua [Trunks] arrives and uses his own Toa Nuva transformation to destroy Stormer and Von Nebula! Time machine gets replaced by the Kanohi Vahi of course, and GASP, Androids! …Or, Glatorian. But we have three years to train so yaaaay!

-So, here’s where things get…not entirely set. Since I wanted to include a few of the movies, I was thinking that Stormer’s brother Evo [Cooler] would attempt to take revenge during the three year gap, and that one of his plans might involve tricking the heroes into going after the Toa of Light [Legendary Super Saiyan] and nearly getting killed by Takanuva [broly]. Though, Takanuva would survive, I was thinking I’d bring him back for something else later. The murderous rage comes from a “Light must destroy Shadow, there can be no Shadow if there’s no life” sort of thing. Anyway, Takanuva defeated, Evo defeated, more training.

-On to the Glatorian! Since I wanted Cell to be a creature named Kal, I was thinking the Glatorian (minus Straak [19] and Metus [20/Gero]) might be powered by Nuva Symbols, meaning we’d need to bring in the Androids from the movie to have enough, so…Certavus [13], undecided on 14 and 15, Ackar [16], Gresh [17], and Kiina [18] make a full set of Nuva Symbols for Kal to absorb! Not sure exactly what the Nuva Symbols would be in this thing, but eh, details, what’s important is that we get Kal. When Jaller unlocks Toa Nuva it takes the form of Jaller Inika (his main form looks more like a Toa-sized 01 Jaller), the extra buff Super Saiyan used by Trunks and Vegeta would definitely be the Exo-Toa, and I’m going to say we call Toa Nuva 2 “Phantoka” for everyone, since it sounds good. (Jaller Phantoka would look like Jaller Mahri FYI.)

-Ah, beyond that things really fall apart. Vezon seems like a good fit for Majin Buu, with Evil Buu/Super Buu/Kid Buu being Vezok because of reasons. As for the person controlling him, my first thought was the Shadowed One, though I’m now wondering if Shadow Leeches should be involved in the Majin thing (as a way of bringing in Twilight Takanuva) so maybe Mutran instead? I was also thinking that, since my explanation for the Makoki Stones involved a doorway to another realm, maybe the villain’s plan would involve releasing the restrictions on the Makoki Stones and forming a stable gateway until they’re defeated? I don’t know. Anyway, Kaita would obviously replace the Fusion Dance, Toa Nuva 3 is the Golden Armor, Tahu’s second son…my first thought was Norik to keep them all Fire, but then I thought I’d go for some variety and use Zaria, and now I’m wondering if he should just be Lewa? The Kai would all be Turaga, and I was considering having Master Vakama also be a Turaga just as a way of making things more connected or something I don’t know. I think that pretty much covers everything here, though…

-Okay, now, don’t be mad, but I do want to adapt one tiny thing from GT: the Shadow Dragons. While the execution certainly left something to be desired, I still feel like the concept was a fantastic idea, so I was thinking that when Tahu and company go to use the Makoki Stones to erase everyone’s memories of Vezon, the Stones are overcome with negativity and each take the form of a Shadow Toa with control over the Element their Stone is tied to. The line up I was thinking of was Vultraz, Shadow Toa of Fire; Ahkmou, Shadow Toa of Stone; Kirop, Shadow Toa of Earth; Kazi, Shadow Toa of Ice, Vican, Shadow Toa of Air; and Gavla, Shadow Toa of Water. I was also thinking this arc might bring Takanuva back as a good guy, and that Kopaka’s daughter (Gali?) might get involved too. Anyway, once five of the Shadow Toa are defeated, one of them (probably Ahkmou because obviously) absorbs the rest and overpowers the heroes for a time. I never intended to adapt Super Saiyan 4, but now that we have Super and whatnot, I’m thinking that this might be a good place to insert an adaptation of Super Saiyan God as a way of tying in the next arc a little better? Obviously it would be Toa Nui, I was thinking it’d need six Toa of different Elements, they all funnel their power into one and that one transforms. As for what exactly the form would look like, I don’t know, but Tahu Nui would probably resemble Tahu Mata with a few color changes in keeping with the design of Super Saiyan God Goku. Anyway, Tahu Nui defeats Omega Ahkmou (or maybe his form times out and we get Kopaka Nui to finish the job?), peace and all that, yay.

-So, Battle of Gods. If we do have someone in the Vezon Saga messing with the mystical realm the Makoki Stones access, that might be a good reason for the God of Destruction to wake up early, and then he probably hears about Toa Nui and goes to Mata Nui. For the God of Destruction’s identity, Marendar just seems like the best fit (even if we have no idea what they look like), and Whis’s role would without a doubt go to Velika. Moving on to Stormer’s revival, I’m not sure exactly what would equate to Golden Frieza since I hadn’t pinned down all of Stormer’s other forms, but maybe it’s just a Golden Stormer for simplicity. As for Tahu and Kopaka’s new form…Toa Nuva Nui does still seem a little long, but it’s much shorter than Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan, so I might just go with it. Or, Toa Nui Nuva? I don’t know. But it would probably use the Nuva form as a base with a different color palette, for consistency. That’s about caught up, but since we do know about upcoming characters Champa and his attendant I want to include them too. I like the idea of Universe 6 being filled with G2 characters, and in that event, Kulta is really the only option for Champa; as for his attendant, I’m definitely going with Korgot. Hm, I suppose there will also be a new dragon summoned by the Super Makoki Stones…well, no dragons in G2 yet, so I might wait on that one, along with whoever else turns up in Super.

I was going to go with “Pahrak Master of Tournaments” but character limit ugh

So my main ideas now are:
    -Stained Glass Pahrak
    -Pahrak III.7 HD ReNAME
    -Galactic Commander Pahrak
    -Sinnoh Slizer

It’s a tough decision. Though since I’m now Pahrak the Sinnoh Slizer on another website I’d probably be better able to put that one aside to try out other ones for BZP here…

I feel like the next anime I watch should be a mecha series, since it’s been a while since I really enjoyed a mecha series. Gurren Lagann was overhyped, and even if you count Robotics;Notes it was disappointing, just so, so disappointing.

    Anywho.

Does anyone have mecha anime recommendations? And if you recommend something big like Gundam please also recommend a starting point, I get overwhelmed easily and require directions.

Pokemon Sword and Shield will not let you transfer in Pokemon not found in the games themselves. There are no plans to patch the rest in at any point in the future.

So the time I spent catching 800 of the little buggers really was just a complete waste, even in the eyes of the company that made the darn game. Swell.

Currently accepting recommendations of other monster series.

So I got bored the other night and was avoiding working on all the stories already on my plate and looked back over an old story I did featuring Vhisola and Macku on Mata-Nui. It’s really pretty basic, but I actually sort of like how it turned out—at least, I think there’s still some potential to the concept.

I now find myself considering writing a sequel. Well, it might not be too tied to the original, so that I can say “You can read this one without reading the other one”, but in essence, a sequel. The previous story took place right near the start of the Matoran’s 1000 year stay on Mata-Nui, so there’s plenty of space left there to play around in. I could do something else before the Toa’s arrival, but I kind of like the idea of setting one during the Bohrok saga…

I don’t know. Vhisola can be an interesting character and I’d like to explore her more. But, I should probably finish one or two of my current stories before I put too much though into this.

I rambled a while back about another dumb idea I had. It got worse.

Right now the working title is Amalgam Atlas. This story takes place in a dimension that constantly expands by taking in pieces of other universes, and an organization known as the Pioneers exists to chart these places as they appear, as well as set up a network of warp stations so that this massive world can be traversed far more easily. In addition to taking in pieces of these worlds, powers and weapons from them also materialize, and people have learned to tap into these “Sources” and use them to transform and battle.

The main characters will be a sibling duo working for the Pioneers. Diane is an experienced explorer who uses crystal and gemstone-based Sources she has collected during her travels, and now that her younger brother Rick is old enough for duty, he has joined her on her latest expedition. The only Source that Rick currently possesses is the Mega Spirit, given to all beginning Pioneers as its abilities make acquiring Sources much easier.

The plot will be structured in arcs, so I’m thinking I may just post each arc as a separate story. My original idea was that I would just post (likely short) chapters every week, but if each arc is posted separately I might reconsider. For the first arc, I was thinking the most logical choice would be a journey into the Bionicle world to acquire some of its Sources—probably not a lot, but there’s nothing stopping us from coming back or maybe just bringing in other Sources from here later on. The current plan is to adapt the basic “Find the Masks” plot of 01 and 15 and probably have an antagonist using a Source that gives them (some of) Makuta’s power, but I feel like that’ll only last a chapter or two unless I expand it a bit.

The main point here is really just so I have another story where I can toss together as many series as I want and see what happens. I’m pretty set on the Bionicle world arc, the Mega Spirit is obviously the power of Classic Mega Man, and Diane’s powers as a whole are a reference to Steven Universe though the individual abilities may pull from various things (I’m sure Pokémon is going to get referenced by at least one of these gem abilities, and I know Final Fantasy is going to get involved too). Since it’s me, I’m positive Kingdom Hearts is going to show up soon, but since the main character of this idea’s predecessor used Keyblades all the time I’m going to try to hold back just a little for now. And, since Steins;Gate is still my favorite anime, I’m already working on a way to incorporate that.

    I think it’ll be fun.

You know, through most of this whole thing, I really wasn't sure which side to take. I can understand some points from both sides of the debate, and was hoping it would just kind of die down, but if anything it's just getting harder and harder to avoid, so I kept thinking about it and well...

See, fan canon is a neat thing. But with Generation 1 (long) over, nothing that gets canonized at this point has any chance to affect official material. Really, all this new stuff can affect is people who want to make a story or MoC or what have you and not necessarily defy canon, limiting what options they have. Personally I do like to have things defined, but beyond a certain point I can see how it can feel too restricted.

I like that we have Elements for all the Mangai and could probably go either way on their Kanohi, but if you're talking about weapons I can't agree. I think no matter what you come up with it'll seem uninspired/generic, partially because it's going to have to compete with oversized swords that can combine into a flying surfboard for no apparent reason. Also "barbed broadsword", which maximizes alliterative appeal with minimal effort and provides a neat image. Heck even Nidhiki's scythe is unique enough with how few scythes there are in Bionicle.

Anyway, what was I saying? Oh, right, anything at this point is only going to affect art-makers who want to follow "The Rules", and I can see why they may not want to have semi-random rules imposed on them this late in the game.

Alright, now that my most recent playthrough of X is done, I wanted to try to compile some of my thoughts about the game.  XY gets a lot of flak so I wanted to evaluate just how much of it felt earned.  Oddly enough, this is my fourth playthrough of X; adding Y that means I’ve gone through Kalos five times now, which might make me look like a hypocrite when I say I’m disappointed in it.  In short, XY is a fine pair of games—as I would argue most if not all Pokemon games really are—but in comparison to other entries in the series it falls flat.
It’s been said before that all Pokemon games are essentially the same.  If you like the core gameplay loop, you’ll be able to enjoy yourself no matter which one you pick up.  XY nail that aspect.  I like Pokemon games, so I can have fun playing XY.  But when multiple options are placed in front of me, when I want to play Pokemon and have to pick which Pokemon game I want to actually sit down and play, what is it that might lead me to choose XY over any others?  This is a question to be asked of every Pokemon game, and I would argue the only time a game can objectively fail in this regard is if the answer is only down to wanting to use a specific Pokemon who appears in a specific place in this specific game.  I replayed X because I wanted to use another Aegislash and a Tyrantrum, which I could only really do in XY.  This was helped by realizing I could finally train a Toxicroak early on, you can get a Steelix through an in-game trade, and by jumping through a few hoops I could get Leafon along for the ride, plus knowing I’d get Crawdaunt with a little patience.  I wouldn’t even be considering it if my sister hadn’t happened to find her copy and given me a good deal.  For me at least, that’s really all it came down to: happenstance and Pokemon distribution.  Because really, what else does Kalos and only Kalos have to offer?  Mega Evolution is in ORAS, so…I’m hard-pressed to think of anything.
I don’t mean to sound like I hate Kalos.  As I’ve said before, it has a lot of potential: it’s a sprawling, wide-open region structured to mitigate backtracking by looping back in on itself at key points, has a Dex that includes numerous favorites from all past regions and one of the nicest-looking batches of newcomers (while also introducing the interesting concept of Mega Evolution), and the locations you visit all feel very distinct from each other.  But playing XY feels like using a Pokemon you know Mega Evolves but can’t find the Mega Stone for: while it might have all that potential, not being able to tap into it just leaves you feeling underwhelmed and somewhat frustrated when you have to move on.
No matter what anyone says about Pokemon only needing a barebones story, I feel like the root of this problem lies in the lack of effort put into XY’s narrative and characters.  Following Gen V was certainly an unenviable task, but XY took such a huge step backwards here that the experience ultimately feels hollow, like just another typical Pokemon journey with nothing truly special or unique about it.  Things just kind of happen, with no real sense of continuity or build-up as you drift from one place to another.  There are scant few characters you’re actually given reason to care about: Korrina and maybe Wulfric are the only Gym Leaders who feel like they had the slightest amount of effort put into them.  The Elite Four in any game tend to be somewhat unremarkable so I’ll give them a pass, but Champion Diantha also doesn’t feel particularly fleshed out, having only two brief appearances outside the League that frankly don’t amount to much.  I’m sure there’s nothing new I can say about Lysandre; Sycamore is fun enough that he’s maintained a following; the player’s friends…well, that’s a whole thing in and of itself.
First off: friendly rivals are not bad.  XY seems to be where people started to really rage about this, but their amicability is not what makes them fail as rivals.  Honestly, I don’t even view Shauna, Trevor, or Tierno as rivals—you only fight them twice each, and they’re not tough because they don’t care about battling.  Which is fine!  I recall seeing a claim that XY was about how everyone enjoys Pokemon differently, and now that I’ve taken another look, it’s clear to me that the friend group was indeed designed with that in mind.  Trevor is the player who wants to fill the Dex, Shauna is the player who just wants to spend time with their Pokemon, Tierno is the player who thinks up unique and oddly specific goals/challenges/themes for their playthrough, and Calem/Serena is the player who only cares about the battles.  That’s genuinely interesting!  However, the game doesn’t quite explore this idea or these varying approaches, they’re all just sort of dumped in front of you sporadically.  Your friends could all use a bit of work, especially Calem/Serena who’s entire personality seems to be “I’m your neighbor and I like Pokemon battles.”  They’re present enough that they’re certainly a rival, but they’re the flattest we’ve had since Gen I.  I’d say if the other three were given a bit more time to shine, showing why they appreciate Pokemon in the way they do and emphasizing the strengths of those approaches, they’d all have been much better received.  For Calem/Serena, I think the most interesting approach would be to take it all the way and have them be a strict and serious competitive battler, doing lots of catching and breeding and EV training without thinking of their Pokemon as anything more than tools; this wouldn’t even necessarily lead to them being antagonistic, in fact the disconnect between them being nice and polite to people but heartless and mechanical towards their Pokemon could be quite fascinating.  But, at this point, I think we’ve ventured off into extremely unlikely territory…
Ultimately, I think it’s that hollow feeling that lends XY so well to being replayed.  You can get through it by caring remarkably little about what’s going on around you, because, well, there isn’t much there to care about in the first place.  But there’s just enough to let you know that there could be so much more—and maybe chasing that is another factor of wanting to replay it.  While I absolutely adore Sun and Moon, Kalos undoubtedly got the short end of the stick: it needed an updated rerelease perhaps more than any preceding paired versions in series history, yet it was dropped unceremoniously so that SuMo would be released during the same year as the 20th anniversary (despite being much closer to the 21st…).  XY feels unpolished, and Game Freak chose to move on rather than try to give Kalos the polish it needed.  Unfortunately, that’s still the way I feel.

Well, I'm back from both Isshu and Pennsylvania. (I've been playing a lot of Pokemon White 2 and I went to Pennsylvania for a family event.) I'm in that awkward phase of post-story play where all my potential opponents are either too weak or too strong...
And if you're wondering about my team: Serperior, Keldeo, Genesect, White Kyurem, Gigalith (all Level 72), and Chandelure (Level 74).

Believe it or not, I actually managed to update the Spirit Index! The list now goes to 1573--new Spirits are mostly from Rockman.EXE, although one of them is from TWEWY. I also updated Exo's Desk with a link to "Fantasy Fanfiction That's Less Than Fantastic," and brought the Elemental Rarity article up-to-date.

I'm actually quite glad I was offline for the period of time immediately following BZP's article about how Bionicle's future couldn't be confirmed one way or the other. Anything to escape being sucked back into the debate that tore our fandom apart and makes me ashamed to identify as a Bionicle fan...

The other big news is that Spoiler Season has officially kicked off! What's Spoiler Season? I'm glad you asked! You see, the release of a new wave of Lego sets happens in four stages:
Stage 1--The Leak Stage. Also known as Spoiler Season, this is when pictures of the new sets get scattered about the Internet, and despite the fact that they're really very easy to find we aren't allowed to talk about them on BZP out of respect for Lego.
Stage 2--The Announcement Stage. Lego officially announces the new wave, releasing the leaked pictures with slightly better quality and perhaps giving us a few tidbits of info. This is when we're able to start talking about it here on BZP.
Stage 3--The Sightings Stage. Sets begin popping up at random stores here and there, with some BZP member scrambling to report their sightings and the rest scouring their local stores to no avail.
Stage 4--The Widespread Availability Stage. Sets become very easy to locate and obtain. The transition between Stages 3 and 4 is gradual, but a good indicator that we've reached Stage 4 is when the sets become available on the Lego website.

Since we're still in Stage 1, I won't talk about the next wave yet. But Bioni-Lords readers may be interested to know that I have gotten a headstart on the relevant Bioni-Spirits.

Also for Bioni-Lords readers, I have finished writing Kako 32 and will begin editing/typing it today. I can't be sure when it will be ready to be posted, but it shouldn't be too long, so keep your eyes out!

I got the cloak! Don’t think I’ll be wearing it regularly, but I wanted to document the fact that I obtained it.

I’ve spent a lot of time going back to old missions to clear out their objectives, so my Avatar Boards are expanding well and I have a decent stock of Mythril Shards. Lately I’ve taken to farming Guard Armors, originally since I needed Fairy Godmother Medals and now just because they’re my best source of Lux at the moment. They kill me several times before I kill them (the last one I beat was Lv 28), but you level up even when you lose, so that’s great!

(I guess I’m taking the Saiyan approach then, growing stronger each time I brush with death. Guard Armor makes a pretty cool rival though.)

Really looking forward to tomorrow, where I'll not only get a chance at more Mythril Crystals to level up Starlight and Treasure Trove, but I'll also get a chance at Yen Sid and Fantasia Mickey Medals to evolve my best Medals and really power up! Mulan is the first priority, since she's basically the best Medal I have and the one I'm now sharing--I was going to hold off since I have a 4 star Mulan and thought I'd fuse them at stage 5, but now I'm thinking I'll get them both to 6 before fusing to try accessing Guilt for the first time. We'll see how that goes.

A thing I'm currently irritated by: they just added new Medals and new deals for obtaining 10 of them for 3000 jewels...but I just did the standard 10 Medals for 3000 deal the day before these new Medals were added. Argh.

The new CoroCoro is out and there’s big Pokémon news, mainly involving the mysterious Kalos legendary Zygarde. As expected, Zygarde has alternate forms!

You may have heard of the post-credits scene from the newest Pokémon movie, featuring a tiny green blob Pokémon as well as a shadowy titan. The blob (and several similar but flatter blobs) has also been shown in trailers for the next Mega Evolution anime special. As it turns out, these are all different versions of Zygarde!

The blob is “Zygarde Core”. The flat blobs are “Zygarde Cells”, and it seems they all join with the Core to form a larger body. A previously-unseen form, “Zygarde 10%” is shown: a black and green dog with a scarf-like appendage, said to have high Speed. Zygarde’s currently-catchable form from X and Y is now named “Zygarde 50%”, and the shadowy titan has been properly revealed, name “Zygarde Perfect Form”.

Perfect Form you see it’s totally Cell from DBZ

I’m super excited to learn more about this! The information thus far focuses on the anime, which is being retitled “Pokémon XY & Z” (so it looks like the next main game will be Z), and I’m curious as to how this unique form system will work in the games. Is it possible that Zygarde might be our first legendary to evolve? Will Perfect Zygarde function like a Mega Evolution? Will we get some item that can toggle how many Cells our Zygarde is currently using? I want to know!

The magazine also showed a “new form” for Greninja where it has a color scheme based on Ash. (It might also have some water spikes on its back but I can’t tell for sure.) That’s, um…cool…I guess…?

Perfect Zygarde though. Please check it out.
