    Busy Day So Far

    So as for today (so far) I had played Rainbow Six Vegas 2, which is slowly growing on me... I had gone to Barnes 'n Noble and bought the third Ranger's Apprentice book along with this strange Sci-fi clone bookamathing. I enjoy my purchase and still have to read the clone thing book ><
     
    Shortly after that I went to Target, and guess what? They had Gali Mistika and so I bought her, sadly no Gorast. I enjoy Gali, but she reminds me a bit of a bunny with the silver jet fins on her head, and in a way I think her design would have suited Onua more, because Onua is slightly taller and he was always the "hunchback" of the group with his head stationed in the center of his chest. (Gali's head is just lower than it should be IMO) Target sadly carried no TFA figs and I was bummed out about that.
     
    Then I went back to Wal*Mart. They had the one Bitil and a few titans in stock, but I didn't buy any cuz I figured I had already blwon enough money on things for the day. Again no TFA figs ;_;
     
    That was my day so far and I still have other things to do.

    Well Wrack turned me into a loli as you may, or may not see. That happened today btw.
     
    Well within the past few days I have seen two very good movies, one being Wanted the other being Wall-E.
     
    Wanted was a very great movie, I liked ho wit was more of an unexpected sort and with all the bullet curving, exploding mice, and peanut butter, yum!
     
    Wall-E was a very cute little pixar movie. I liked it how Eve had fun with her gun on Earth for the first part of the movie. It showed that ne day technology will make us all fat and be stuck on floating chairs. Fun.
     
    I also was off to see some fireworks with the family. My little sister kept complaining about it, but we pretty much just ignored her and watched the show. I got back about an hour ago and watched Finding Nemo with the family.
     
    My dad got me interested to watch the Chronicles of Riddick as he said that they were very good movies. Well that's all from the peanut gallery! Have a nice day!

    ok so some updates?
     
    i started playing World of Warcraft again (85/86 Death Knight im having fun, but been leveling a bit with a close friend of mine) and with the new token thing i might keep playing since i can use gold to pay for the subscription than money
     
    also got the last two humble bundles so i have games like Torchlight II, Outlast, ME2, DA: O, DA II, Dead Space 2 for my computer which is nice (my sister has DA III on Origin, but i have that for my ps4 ). all that for twelve bucks (and more games too).
     
    lately ive been going out more, wearing nice clothes (esp after my hair appointment a week ago), and got myself some jewelry and makeup -- i get some unwanted attention, but eh.
     
    also got myself a nice little journal to write in when i have anxiety issues and the like, my therapist(s) recommended this to me for a long time over the years.
     
    might actually upload a pic of myself recently but idk, sorta iffy on it

    After watching 14 episodes of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic (in a -row-), I seem to have lost the ability to write one of my stories (the one I'm currently putting most of my time into) without envisioning the characters in a ponified form.
     
    But, regardless of how dysfunctional my visual mind is behaving, I still ought to dig up my notebook where I wrote how I intended to introduce the Legion debacle into the city. So, off to do that~

    i shouldnt be allowed to ship my own characters but i do and i wrote basically 4k words of the story they're in where they're pretty much lovingly picking fun at each other complete with "accident"-suggestive jokes (it might also be the opening shh)
     
    i dont want to edit it later b/c i know im gonna have to like, nix a lot of the dialogue and change it so it's not practically bleeding all over the pages that "kit ships these two and so should you and i will shove it down your face hole"

    Alright with that out of the way I would like to begin this entry by saying that AAU, may be getting a slow update due to me writing up the full first chapter to the DBSR1 project I've been thinking out and writing about for years. Along with the fact that I wrote up Twisted Sorrow, and am in the middle of another which is still unfinished
     
    My SSs don't get that many replies now do they? =P *hinthint* *gets shot again*
     
    Besides for that I ran to Barnes 'n Noble, didn't have the book I was looking for and another I wanted was incredibly overpriced. *I'm not spending seventeen dollars on an eight dollar paperback book *
     
    I also just noticed that the windows are open... no wonder why I'm so dang cold...
     
    I haven't been doing anything much 'cept for go to a pool and do nothing there for three hours...
     
    The RPGs today seem to be moving at an extremely slow pace for some odd reason....and I got bored and needed to kill time so I typed up this entry thinking that someone may read the SS which is in my blog and leave a comment on it. *GG left a comment, but his dun count*
     
    All of a sudden I have the impulse to run around outside in circles for no apparent reason...that's a first.
     
    Oh! I forgot to mention that the school in Denver, well exact location I shtill dunno, but I'll say "Denver" as that's as specific as I feel like getting =P
     
    This school is going to be open for its first year and so *hopefully* I'm not going to be viewed as an "Outsider" like I was viewed in my last school, although two years of being around those people you get to be part of the loop within the first six months. ^^
     
    Just because I feel like saying it I will, I didn't eat breakfast or lunch, nor had I had any snacks today... I haven't been eating much recently, I find that odd...
     
    Well dinner we were finishing up all of the leftover foods *Since I don't eat much there was a LOT of food leftover, my sister ate half of it....*
     
    I ate three hotdogs as it was the smallest and least filling thing there with, yes, baked beans...that tasted good, but I felt overfull afterwards and I HATE that feeling ugh.....
     
    Well now you know my basic diet, nothing, nothing, nothing inbetween, and then dinner. Yup that's about it for food and shtuff of that sort.
     
    This is most likely the end of this entry unless I can think of something to say

    pretty necklace

    a really lovely friend of mine sent me an awesome gift, which is a faerie necklace with amethyst stones embedded into the metal, along with a two page letter and it was the sweetest thing and now im wearing it all the time. maybe i'll post pictures of it eventually???

    Well, I went to Barnes 'n Noble and purchased the last two books to the TCR trilogy, sadly they still do not carry the next book to TSST...
     
    before I start with TCR sequels, I need to finish reading the third RA book...

    Just My Luck...

    I just went to the pool and was having a great time, until it was decided that there was a thunderstorm on its way and the place got closed ><. Oh well, life goes on.
     
    I am now looking at the gloomliness of our sky and am thinking "What can I do that will be fun and productive?" Initially I went with typing something up, but I'm not in the mood, and I just drew a giant machine thing a majig and don't feel like making another.
     
    Then I decided to try out Bonesiii's coolified mask thing for the third time, I really disliked the outcome and tehrefore quit that as I didn't feel like making another.
     
    Basically I am bored.

    Another Day

    I went back to school to be shoved into that Bionicle drawing contest and no I don't want to do it because chances are is that I'm going to lose badly. I put together some of my old Matoran and my ghost rider MOC that I finished not that long ago on a Saturday. I'm typing up another Chapter for my epic please could someone review it? I only have two faithful readers. I got a haircut only a day ago and I got really bored when I got home so I went outside and threw a tennis ball around until I got bored again and the second time I went to bed but I forgot to do my history homework :annoyed2: My history teacher was not pleased with me. Luckily I did my science for a different teacher. Later that day I found out that we have a project due on Monday its a fairly easy project though. Then (name removed) started to bug me about the Bionicle drawing that he made me do ( I owed him for a while and since this is free I'm going to go with this) I kept telling him that I didn't finish but then a little while later I started drawing Metru matoran instead of the contest drawing. He saw and got a little mad but then let it go by. All he wants is the 100$ Lego set and when I win it I have to give iot to him for certain issues. I'm thinking about making a Mecha for Metru Matoran which I'm going to make out of my own pieces and put into another story which is not going on Bzp for some language. i got bored once more at home so I googled Rakaru just to see if anything came up. Well my epic popped up and a few companies called RAKARU but other than that I didn't do much except for finishing the piece of cake I was eating.it was chocolate I like the chocolaty goodness.The link above is a link to this site I just don't know why it looks like that and this is the only forum site that I'm a member on if you actually look for the topic in epics the same people posted with the same words.

    omg yesssss FFXV finally sounds like it's going somehwere ;u;
     
    (and and and Kingdom Hearts III <3)
     
    and and microsoft kinda destroyed themselves in so many ways it's just sad (thus, ps4, already preordered thankyouverymuch)
     
    but also the FFXIV videos looked awesome, and while i believe separate from the event, the PS3 UI Vid was really informative (i pretty much have my character nailed down now -- saw the hair i wanted :3 -- and now i know how it'll look on the PS3 system and how smooth the overally controller is for the game; might still try a PC version just to see how well my PC can handle it, but eh)
     
    and new super smash bros for 3DS <3 (i can't afford a Wii U after my ps4 preorder lol... and i don't have the space for two systems and a pc in my dorm... prolly gonna be laptop/ps4 there)
     
    (wii-fit trainer totes awesome)
     
    but now i'm all excited for Destiny too, and still in need of getting the HD Remixes of FFX and KH1
     
    (the mandatory pay online for PSN doesn't bug me too much, like it is 50 bucks and possibly 40 with a Best Buy Game Club membership -- still need to look into that -- which... i -believe- is cheaper than LIVE, or at least the same price i imagine; but i'll hopefully have an on-campus job and can throw money to that)

    Alright I became part of the SSCC on the 20th at sometime and am happy to say "Ready for duty sir!" =P
     
    I have also written up a new SS on the 19th, I am too lazt to provide a link right now, but if curiousity is going to kill you over, link to library in sig, and link to story in library. (Loneliness is its name BTW)
     
    I changed me name from Last Stand's Teleporter to Spink. Yes Spink, I like the word Spink as I like saying it for some odd reason or other.
     
    Sooooo, today I have been reading around and about and noticed a slight increase in CoT of these "what is the ___est thing you have seen?" topics. At a first glance I deemed them as harmless when the first was made, but then there was a second and a third, and I believe a fourth possibly a fifth.
     
    I posted in some yes, because I found them interesting at the time, but I guess what I am trying to say is, if the "What is your ____ plan?" topics had all been shut down and a rule made against making them for the reason that they were choking up the forum and getting to be annoying and spammy at times, why go down the same path with these new ones?
     
    Perhaps it is because the first did so well and you wished to have another topic do just as well so you post practically the same question, but slightly modified. Like instead of saying "What is the cutest thing you have seen?" and then making practically the same topic twenty or so minutes after saying "What is the ugliest thing you have seen?"
     
    (note I am just using this particular topic as an example and is nothing more than that)
     
    I mean, perhaps one or two would be good for a while, but why make so many more when the others are still around? Even if you have slightly different topics? From what I see so far is that a few of the newer ones have become a tad bit spammy (not that much, but it is there) and then I began to wonder if there would be a new rule about these topics as well.
     
    (On a similiar note, more of a suggestion, if you have a topic that can be made into several thousand other topics like the two I have just mentioned, why not wait until the first one or two are dead before making a new one, as in my personall thinking you would get more replies that aren't spammy and stay on topic better.
     
    I just thought I should clear that long thought out of my head as it was daring me to post it and I don't like being challenge like that so I posted it.
     
    Feel free to post negative and/or positive feedback about my little statement.
     
    That is all that was on my mind.

    Last week I picked up some new games, two specifically, and I came to love both of them.
     
    The first, barring the not-so-well-thought-out title, is DmC: Devil May Cry which I believe was developed by Ninja Theory.I had a lot of fun in this game, from just murderizing all the demonic monsters (which, to me, seemed very clockwork-y which was pretty neat, design-wise) to watching the cutscenes, and paying attention to the story. I had to use every button on my control (sans Start and Select) through basically every fight, swapping weapons constantly and using all of the abilities they all had, and some of the boss fights took me a while to get through, lol. (I played on Nephilim difficulty, which is basically "Hard", other difficulty modes are made available later on).
     
    Admittedly, I liked the first sequence in the game the most... and then the last sequence <.<
     
     
    The second game I picked up (well, downloaded) was Journey by thatgamecompany. The exact opposite of DmC, Journey has no fighting, no crazy music (it does have amazing music, though), profanity, etc... it's an extremely calm game. The effects (mainly the sand) are incredible, and I've gone through this game four times now (meeting companions along the way, as it will put you with one other person if you play online). Oddly, I enjoyed the inability to communicate outside of small chirps/song notes and not even knowing the other person's name. The shortness of the game (which is not narrated, and is very much up to player interpretation) makes it easy to stick with one person the whole game.
     
    But, what's the best, is that this game seems to bring out the best in some players. Instead of someone trying to halt progress, getting in the way, throwing out insults or being otherwise rude, the players I've come across (one in a white cloak, which is an upgrade from the standard red cloak) were all incredibly helpful. Often going out of their way to show me where some items were, where some achievement requirements were, and would wait for me if I messed up, and celebrate when we did something right.
     
    At the very last part of my second run through, I having been with the same white cloaked character the whole time, before the moment where we leave eachother's company and end up in a walking loop (before the final cutscene), she drew a heart in the snow. I found it incredibly touching, and of course made one of my own (not even having thought this possible) before we both walked off into the light. It's sort of a bittersweet moment at the end, since you'll likely never play with that person again, (You do get the PSN ID's of all the people you ran into at the very, very end of the game though -- after the credits).
     
    (I used "she" because of the PSN ID and because the characters always make me think "female" which might have something to do with their design reminding me of burkas).
     
     
    Both were great fun, to me. (However, I would not recommend DmC for people sensitive to: Blood/Gore, Nudity/Crudeness [Dante is nude for the first sequence, and while it's all censored via environment... well, yeah], foul language/killing giant demon babies.
     
    Journey I recommend to anyone. It's a game for all ages, and has a low skill barrier (I find it just a ton of fun to run into someone else and to help one another through the journey). -- if you don't have a PS3 though, then you can't play it. (PS3 exclusive in the PSN store).
