I was a little sad when I saw they came in last place on a round where nobody went home. They just feel genuinely unlikable to me.

Can ou post or send me a screenshot of this? I didn't see any issues when I looked at the blogs in Night Mode.
This is what I'm seeing, I don't know if anyone else is or not.

Obviously not top priority, but blog entries still have the light mode last line fadeout on night mode, which stands out a lot and can make those hard to read?

- Did you know that except for Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, clone troopers and battle droids, R2-D2 is the character that appears in most LEGO Star Wars sets
so what theyre saying is r2 is not the character that appears in the most lego sets.

Yeah, given my track record, I'm not gonna be taking 34 or the rest of those I originally wanted.

it had to be a sunday, didn't it. I'd swing down to say hi if it was, like, saturday, but it isn't, so i can't.
shame.

And the Ghostbusters Firehouse and the Ninjago Temple of Airjitzu and Minecraft The Village and the Simpsons House and the Kwik-E Mart and the Disney Castle.I would kill to see a UCS set from a line other than Star Wars year after year
although i guess we got the Tumbler and the Helicarrier, but those don't quite feel the same for some reason
While I agree I would like to see other IPs leveraged, Star Wars has always been a big seller, so it makes sense for that to be a focus. Not all IPs don't have an audience wide enough to have enough people willing to spend $200-$500 on a huge set, let alone several of them each year.
...were those all advertised as UCS? Somehow, I never parsed that fact.
well don't I look like a hen in the foxhouse now

I hope Jess's idea makes it because it's a great set idea and also i want to replace all her painstakingly crafted skeletons with Dino Attack dinosaurs

Oh jeez. My one chance at getting a Cragger set, and it's a raffle...

i only host multiples of 11+1. so i'm gonna try and be ready for 34

We're not. We established Geneva-esque conventions against unnecessary pre-game spot claiming a long time ago-- for good reasons which can already be somewhat seen here.
*Snaps fingers*
the best way to deal with spot claiming is to ignore it and just put people down in the order they sign up

Crossbones is Brock Rumlow, who appeared in the MCU as the task force head in Winter Soldier. He was involved in the elevator scene as well as the control room standoff, as well as the ship raid at the start.
also I'm glad spider man finally gets a bridge so we can have That Scene with Gwen Stacy.

I do have to ask, why is every image blurry? It makes them kind of hard to look at =/

Y'know, call me crazy, but I'm roughly 90% sure Jess designed this with paleontology in mind more than archaeology...
Still, congrats Jess!
