    You go find a topic you want to post in (check out my BBC# 49 Entry Topic for example - can be found here, in my profile.. :P)

    At the top or bottom of the page, there's a button saying "Add Reply". Click it. Write your post in the text box. Then hit "Add Reply" or whatever it says.
