metal mask making is hard trust me ive tried it. you could always use Flintsmith's technique but you'd loose the mask in the process.

plastic masks are easier. get a small pack of sculpey and make a two part mold of a mask make sure there is a tiny whole for the plastic to go in the video site is good for demonstrations of how to do it exactly.
