What is it on?

I've been looking into picking it up; looks positively awesome. Plus, I've been told it's pretty insightful as far as institutionalised racism/sexism in that time period; doesn't pull any punches, I like that. What gets me is how people claim that the game is racist/sexist for not omitting this stuff, but I say that those people are pretty stupid.
