    Makuta Fest

    A new year, a new podcast, a new live event...  
    Yes, Makuta Fest. This event is the first episode in a yearly collaboration between the BS01 Podcast and The Three Virtues. Details are still being ironed out, but the episode will be live, and will feature three hosts from each podcast.

    Tentative date for the episode is June 17th.

    I'll keep you updated.

    Well, just got finished recording MakutaFest 2012.
     
    That was a blast. It went very well, which is good considering all the difficulties we had this year.
     
    There were a few problems along the way, as is the case every year, but it all turned out well in the end.
     
    Thanks so much to everyone that came out for the event. You guys make it worthwhile; we're glad to hear that everybody enjoyed the show.
     
    Recorded version coming soon; I'm in charge of editing that, so no promises on when that'll be up but it will happen.

    Metroid: Other M.

    Seriously, this game looks like the best since Metroid Fusion. The graphics are amazing, and the prospective of seeing more of Samus's history is intriguing. Too bad it comes out in 2010. D=

    Well, now Eljay's resigned from the Ventorus. He claims it's because I now lead.
     
    While I try not to be offended by that, we now have two open spots. One will be filled by TNM, or Walter, a long time friend of mine.
     
    The other is still under consideration, and will remain so until further notice.
     
    I'll work on gettting a table up showing the current positions.

    My Year In Review

    Well, 2009's been a pretty good year for me. I'll list my reasons why below.
     
    1. I was finally brave enough to tell my crush that I liked her, and now have a girlfriend.
     
    2. BZPower. My first full year on BZP was great, and I've matured in a lot of ways too, adapting a nonchalant attitude. I've made lots of new friends, and expanded my talents.
     
    3. I've replenished (mostly) my lost BIONICLE collection from 2001 to 2004.
     
    4. Became an POBZPC... And then losing a proto point.
     
    5. iBZP: Became a guest host, and then a full fledged host. Now if Var would only finish the episodes...
     
    6. Life. I've made a lot of friends IRL, and have become a bit more athletic.
     
    7. I grew about 5 inches, rising to a grand height of 5 feet and 2 inches.
     
    8. Joining the awesomeness that is the Ventorus. B)
     
    So yeah. Here's hoping for another great year in 2010.
