Right now I'm debating whether or not that's Axonn (because it hit me like a ton of bricks for some reason) and whether that Toa of Magnetism might join the team if they free him, perhaps teaching and training the Toa a little bit. Wouldn't be the first time there's been a seventh Toa.

Then again I'd love it if they woke him up and he was just Inappropriate language removed. -B6 insane, trying to attack them. (A bit like Sentinel Prime when Optimus reactivated him in Transformers: Dark of the Moon.)

I'm surprised how well I related to Silva's speech about how every day has to go as planned otherwise it's a waste of a day. I've felt like that for a long time but I never found the right way to put it into words.

I'm not entirely sure because I've been away from the site for a long time, but I'd guess that it's related to how long the user has been a member for.

I was listening to 'TTV' and they said that when the were asking questions about the storyline to the BIONICLE 2015 team they said that the Kanohi Vahi only took up half of Vakama's face. So the other half could've ended up in this universe. And in the trailer the is a Vahi cloud. I think the old universe and this universe is connected in the future with the Masters allying with our favourite original Toa.

If the attachment for the original Vahi connects to the mouth like all the masks in the G1 canon, maybe the theoretical other half connects to the top/sides of the head like the G2 masks.

I'd love to see one, but I'd rather it looked like this than this.

The style they're going for in the web animations doesn't really appeal to me because it doesn't really reflect the beautiful environments they've presented in the CG art. If I could see that in action it'd be brilliant, even if there were as few episodes as Hero Factory had per year.

2010 is obvious, so I'll go for my second choice, 2007. None of the character designs appealed to me, it felt like the Inika designs that I absolutely loved at the time were being crapped all over (especially Hewkii - that face D:)

Wasn't there supposedly going to be an Underground theme with dinosaur-based sets or something? I heard that was going to be a thing at some point.

I feel like Toa Okoto would most definitely the most logical. The Toa in Metru Nui were called Toa Metru, the Toa on Mata Nui, Toa Mata. Of course, Masters is a fine name, but what if more "Masters" are introduced into the story? 

I wonder if new waves of Masters will have different elements? Maybe in the story the original Toa are considered the definitive masters of their elements now so new Masters of Jungle, Water, Fire etc would just clash with that. Maybe new waves will have Masters of Gravity, Sound/Sonics, Electricity and so on until they run out of sensible elements to use.

Toa Okoto is a bit of an awkward thing to say, and though it's not actually the name of the island I think it sounds better to say Toa Koto, similar to how TTV called the areas on the island Ta-Koto, Le-Koto and so on.

This man. I like him. I like his passion.

 

I love Tahu, but yeah, I'd hate to actually have to hang out with him, I can't stand the bossy alpha male types.

The closest I ever got was Matoro. I just never really cared about him.

I can live with the bios. They're not exactly how I'd like the Toa, but they're good enough. 

Lewa and Tahu are probably the most similar to their original counterparts.

The character descriptions are close enough, I guess. Kinda seems like those flaws were randomly pulled out of a hat, though.

Well, at least I can pretend it's called Okoto Nui.

I could go for a video game akin to Transformers: War For Cybertron or maybe even a game based on QTEs like God of War.

TV show/movies.

Mask packs and miscellaneous part packs.

Can't wait to see what the next hypothetical wave of sets will be like. We're considering the Toa Miro to be the Winter wave and the Toa Novus to be the Summer wave, right? If that's the case then I'd say we're due for some canister tier villains, but that all depends on where the story goes.

The problem with reddish brown is that it's reddish and red is already claimed by the red set. I could go for a sand yellow or tan colour - nothing that's in-your-face like bright orange or yellow.

Not as much as Tahu downgrading to his Mata form.

If it is some sort of continuation, the shadowed one and the barraki would make the best candidites for the main villians. Velila is too backstory laiden, goldie isn't really evil, and marendar would be unable to support a sustained storyline.

I think Marendar would be a good arc for one year, and that's all. Doesn't even have to be Marendar, I just like the idea of a robot that's out to eliminate all Toa.

I'm interested to see how they'd tackle Makuta but I also don't really want to see him back.

I'd be fine with something new so long as the original story still stands. No matter how departed or sparse references are, I just don't want those first 10 years to be forgotten by the canon.

People want Bionicle back, not something else with the name slapped on it.

All of the already established characters' genders stand for me. I've never really thought about it but thinking anything otherwise is kind of ignoring the facts.

Though I do agree that the colour = set gender rule should go.
