What happened with Bioshock 2? (I've never played it)

Just finished Uncharted 1 and gonna start Uncharted 2 soon. Number 3 looks good. I was into inFamous but it got boring after a while. I also really like Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 2 but I guess thats just because I love Naruto.
