  1. Comic-Lucid RealizationPlease never try it. Trust me.

I tried it recently, and it was a really bad experience. Sleep paralysis and hallucinations. I saw scary things out of the corner of eye, and couldn't move or look away. I'll likely never try it again...
  2. Since the arms are designed to "live" after falling off, I imagine a voice box is attached somewhere inside. My guess is the joint armor for the elbow is loose enough for a voice to be heard from.So yeah. Arm speaks via a voice box inside the elbow joint.Head PainsAs for Max and others talking, I go by what the movies did. Metal mouths and such. Just really hard to show one with moving lips when it comes to sprites.

Must've been a big toaster to make a head that big.
  3. There have been a lot of references to the concept of drinking from a skull. In books and movies it's used as a motion for the villain. "Kill thy foe, so I may drink from their skull." and such. It's a weird concept, but makes for an interesting visual gag and discussion subject. Seeing as how the Skakdi skull in the sets were hollow up top and such.I actually see the Skakdi as the type of beings to do that. They seem to be a very warrior driven race, so It wouldn't surprise me. So in that sense it's ironic that a Matoran has one and is thinking of making it into a cup.Anyway, comic. The Only Option

I was about to ask how he would talk if he didn't have a working mouth, but then I realized that he's been talking with no mouth the whole time
  4. I sound like Microsoft Sam if he was human. One of my good buddies said I could voice a Microsoft Voice Program. Like the ones used on that Arby and the Chief series.Friend also said I sound like Heath Ledger. If that accounts for anything. Another said I sound like the Joker. Mostly in the way of my laugh.Regardless, now to address Knuckles' comment. We're discussing a plastic piece from a LEGO toy that was used to hold a soft plastic "face". If that's not a skull like bit, I dunno. I respect your opinion, friend.I actually view the Skakdi as having a complex system of bones in their face and spine. Which is why I also see the Spines as a Matoran delicacy. Mmm.Comic-Just add a Handle

Man, I love Arby and the Chief. Would be kinda creepy to talk to someone with a voice like that though...
  5. I don't ever really celebrate valentines day, besides. Who cares about that lovey dovey stuff when eat as much chocolate as you like?

I feel somewhat the same. I don't really have any mental need for an emotional companion, and I don't really do anything in exchange.
Yeah. I happen to get picked on for that a lot too, but that's besides the point.
  6. So true... Sometimes I'll find I've been at my computer for 9 hours straight. Not a very good thing.

Heh, I'm usually on for 12-14 hours daily.
Wow. Well i've probably done that once or twice without noticing :P
  7. I've decided to really challenge myself. I'm trying to learn 25 Or 6 To 4 by Chicago ALL the way through. solo, fills, everything. I have a feeling I'll give up.

That's a great song. Really good guitar playing.Don't give up on it, though. You'll get it with enough practice. And now that you've mentioned this song, I'm probably going to end up learning it, myself. :PBtw, "Castles Made of Sand" by Jimi Hendrix is a great song for guitarists.
Well at the moment i'm having trouble getting past the second fill xD
  8. My first guitar was a cheap SG, but I've moved onto a sunburst Hamer A/T as my main guitar. I just love that thing :P. I've been trying to move onto a bit of finger picking on electric, so I've learned a lot of Doors songs. Favorites of theirs would probably be Love Me Two Times and Soul Kitchen. Have any of you tried finger picking on electric guitar? The only thing i don't like about it is the extra care you need to have for your fingernails, and having them really long on your right hand :/EDIT: Also I've been playing for approximately 3 years, and play in my schools jazz band.
