    Barraki Species Names

    Part of a big project I'm working on.
     
    Now, obviously the Barraki we got as sets were heavily mutated. That said, I thought for the names of their species I'd go back to the scientific names of the creatures they were based on, then stylize the spelling and such. Here's what I've got so far:
     
    Pridak – Carkharin
    Takadox – Sphodrani
    Mantax – Dasyati
    Kalmah – Sefalops
    Carapar – Kansaran
    Ehlek – Anguillan
     
    I'm using a similar method for the names of some other species. Thoughts?
     
    (This isn't a canonization attempt or anything, for the record.)

    Yay Finals Week

    Spent a good chunk of potential nap-time trying to build a decent Toa of Stone out of Onewa Metru, Keetongu and a Vahki Zadahk. Unsure as to whether I actually succeeded.

    I find it obnoxious as all get-out. Not entirely sure why. I'm certainly the kind of person who'd be considered a member of one; when I'm into something, I'm usually very, very into it. But I really can't stand that term.
