Back view A MOC tribute to our dear Tufi Piyufi. She is one of the best friends a person could have, and also awesome. I wanted to replicate the feel of a traditional Western Military dress uniform, but sort of through that weird anime lens? Like the way so much anime borrows a concept of that sort of dress but imprints its own sensibilities upon it. In this case, I wanted to sort of imply the Puffin-y elements. I think it worked out pretty well?
