You're right that there are no Hero Factory parts in Medium Blue. There are Hero Factory shells in Tr. Light Blue, though that might clash with the mask if you use the original Tr. Blue one. There also exist beams in Tr. Light Blue and Medium Azur, though not in a huge variety of sizes, at least until the summer sets come out.

 

As for tan (Brick Yellow), still none of that over the horizon. There will be some dark tan (Sand Yellow) parts in 70210 CHI Vardy, though. That's also a set with lots of the aforementioned Tr. Light Blue beams.
