Well if they're new they probably don't know, and would be tricked.

Or some of us (mayhaps keen to avoid rickrolls) are the only ones who check the link at the bottom of the screen in the first place.

Well some browsers don't do that, and I think they'd be more focused on their profile popping up than the url at the top. :/
