pompomperson Posted July 6, 2008 zomg i went to a party and in minnesota any firework that lights up or makes noise or even goes off the ground is illegal. in anycase someone bought $15,000 worth of fireworks from a guy in iowa. pro grade. all went well till one guy got in the way of a default firework that went sideways. awesome show anyway!
