It's ncie that we can talk about it though--the website is very clean and friendly; just forums sadly.

 

NaNoWriMo=national November writing month. 50k in one month. It's more about getting you to write more on quantity, rather than quality. Iffy idea at first, but it's perfect for writing a draft for a novel, and later going back to edit it. You pretty much have to do 1,600-2,000words a day to make it. There are no rules though, so do whatever you want. It's just a fun way to help writers...write.

 

There's also a young writer's program for 18 and younger if you want a smaller word count, but you can still join on the 'adult' one too. You can PM or IM me if you got questions; I sorta started the fad last year about getting BZPers revved up for this.
