Bionicle's Return...

I doubt it. It honestly wouldn't be a smart business decision on LEGO's part. Not only would it ruin HF sales, if not other theme sales, but one has to ask the question of whether or not the return of the theme would actually bring in that much revenue at all. A recycled series is not going to bring in the same profit that it used to. If I were LEGO, I would allocate my resources towards other themes. If Bionicle ever returned, it would be much better off to return years and years from now, when most have forgotten about the series, and the new generation can better get involved.

It would make sense for HF to end at the same time instead of having both run side by side (though you never know!). And for all we know, LEGO could be planning an extensive relaunch of the theme along the lines of the Ninjago and Chima launches. The fact that BIONICLE was already a thing doesn't need to have any positive or negative impact on that.

Yeah, I struggle to see how it would ruin other themes' sales any more than other revivals like Space Police did. It's not like the LEGO Group is new to running multiple story themes concurrently.

If it were to overlap with Hero Factory, it would probably only overlap by half a year, the same way Atlantis overlapped with Power Miners or Ninjago overlapped with Atlantis. This honestly wouldn't surprise me too much, as it's fairly normal for themes that sell well to get one final wave the year they get discontinued. Even Ninjago was supposed to get a "final" wave of sets in 2013, even though in the end the decision to continue it was made and announced before the 2013 sets actually became available.
