This is an entry to discuss the Aensetr Derrum season of the BZPRPG. If I deem there to be enough support for expanding this entry to include all pre-NBZP seasons of the BZPRPG, I will do so.

This is an entry in which one may discuss past seasons of the BZPRPG (excluding the nbzp).

Oh, I miss the days of Aensetr Derrum. My biggest regret is that the Unity League had barely formed when the reboot occurred. So many interesting things could have been done with them..... And I never had Song solve the mystery of her past....

So, on that subject, what do you wish you could have done before the reboot?

Mars was awesome. I loved the Stronin/Mars humour.

As did I.

But then again, everyone loves Mars-she was the Tillian before there was a Tillian; a memetic lady of buttkicking.

If I bring her back in an RPG with Stronin, I'd be interested in seeing what kind of relations they end up in. Especially as there's no Veef or Zarayna to ludicrously complicate said relations.

Armadijo, remind me who Mars was, would you kindly? The name seems familiar. Besides, if she was Tillian before Tillian, this I have to hear.

Though I remember Stronin. And I vaguely remember one of the attacks on his ship.

@Krayzikk: Mars was a female Fe-Matoran who kicked major butt. 'Nuf ced.

@Lloyd: I've read articles about it on the Old Wiki. It looks like it was one wild ride...Wish I had been present.

Locus Abeo: I actually first joined the RPG in that year. I had no clue what was going on and lost interest after awhile. A pity, seemed fun.

I joined late Locus, made a few posts, and missed the big battle. I became a lot more involved in Derrum. Anyone remember the New Kin arc?

I properly joined the BZPRPG during the first reboot, so there's not much I can discuss there.

The Super-Joske Prime Punching Time reboot button pressing posts at the end of '10 were pretty cool.

I still remember the PM conversation I had with Lazzy after I made my first New Kin related post. First, he sent me a PM saying that all the Kin members had already left. Before I even had the chance to read that one, I got another PM saying that it was fine, leave it, because it furthered his plans.

I should have been more worried than I was. :P

Nuju did not "win" the game at the close of Derrum, since he already had the assistance of the staff to just glorify his character and close his story. It was cheap and artificial, and even in his victory, his character still succumbed to a greater force, so he was not truly all-powerful as Nuju would have others believe.

Trust me; Nuju and I have had this sort of discussion ever since then, and this is the result I have held and prove every time.

Also, I miss being able to use Caedast the Makuta. She was extremely awesome and butt-kicking from late Abeo to early Derrum.

I miss the looser power restrictions. Honestly, I think there might have been less G-modding then than there is now, at least once guilds no longer dominated. Either that, or I just notice it more now.

And on the subject of Nuju,or more specifically Uhuraz, I would point out that Uhuraz lost to his own conscience. Not even a more powerful entity than himself, he lost to his conscience.

He lost because the White Rose was fighting him within his own mind. Thus, it can be argued that the White Rose had actually beaten him.

Further, if you ignore that fact, it can also be argued that he lost to himself because he could not contain the power he held, thus proving that he had limits and could not sustain himself beyond them. In that case, he did not lose to a superior being but rather to an inferior one -- his limited self.

In both cases, though, Uhuraz did lose and his victory was a false one.

Yep. Ah, what fun chaos was. The BZPRPG today strikes me as lacking some chaos. Ironically, by making it more sandbox than it previously was, it lost a measure of it's chaos. I liked the chaos, it kept you on your toes.

Of course, the lack of chaos in the current game could have something to do with the hasn't been around as long as the old one . Things will get more chaotic as more groups establish themselves and character develop histories with each other.

@Hubert: We're working on that. ;)
