Chols Posted July 27, 2012 That could be caused by a variety of other things. For example, LCD screens have shown to disrupt one's body clock if viewed for a prolonged period of time, which can delay sleep by an hour or two. Quote Link to comment
D-D-D-Ddude Posted July 27, 2012 Well, I generally listen to music/podcasts in bed, but that's to keep my mind from racing incessantly. Quote Link to comment
Jean Valjean Posted July 27, 2012 Oh boy, the LCDs must be getting to me. That actually explains a lot, since I spend quite a bit of time in front of one. Merida Quote Link to comment
Athmos Posted July 27, 2012 Red colors can cause isomnia. Having a phone or computer nearby doesn't help either. Digital alarm clocks are bad as well. Oh, and turn off everything that makes a noise. Basically, paint your room black, empty it and sleep on the floor. Quote Link to comment
