Question about Insomnia

Does it count as insomnia if it simply takes you a REALLY long to fall asleep after getting into bed?

That could be caused by a variety of other things. For example, LCD screens have shown to disrupt one's body clock if viewed for a prolonged period of time, which can delay sleep by an hour or two.

Red colors can cause isomnia. Having a phone or computer nearby doesn't help either.

 

Digital alarm clocks are bad as well. Oh, and turn off everything that makes a noise.

 

Basically, paint your room black, empty it and sleep on the floor. :P

Alternatively, ignore his advice and do what I do by surfing the net until you're so bored that you can no longer be bothered staying awake.
