Here are the instructions for judging the Name the Expanded Multiverse Contest.
Step 1: Judges (RKs and BS01 staff only) open a notepad file (or Word, etc.), and go through the entry topic, copypasting the "Multiverse/planet name: Blahblahia" lines you like best into your note file. In the case of a rule-breaker entering more than three planet names consider only the first three (if more than one multiverse name, only the first).
Step 2: From this list, select your top three favorites for each of the eight slots (multiverse name, and seven planets). Feel free to mix and match which name you would prefer for which planet or overall universe; add a note to the originally quoted line in parentheses saying which one you'd like it to be.
Example slot:
Enlightened: [Top pick]
Enlightened: [second pick]
Tyrant: [Third pick] (change to Enlightened)
Note that the eight slots are: 1) Multiverse (the overall universe) 2) Central (with Wiki-Nui and BZ-Koro), 3) Industrial, 4) Tribal, 5) Warzone, 6) Shattered, 7) Tyrant, and 8) Enlightened. Other than the multiverse name they are all planets.
The result of step 2 will be an organized list of your top 24 favorite entries total.
Step 3: PM or email your organized list of the top 24 to bones or Swert. Bones' email: bonesiii@gmail.com; link to PM him. Swert's email: swertmastra@gmail.com; link to PM him.
Deadline for judge submissions is midnight EST Wednesday May 27th.
Step 4: Swert and I will make a list of the most commonly picked ones by the judges (including ourselves), and choose the eight winning entries from this list.
Step 5: Then we'll do Find searches for the member names of the winners and make the announcement.
