The Apathy Pit

General Ramblings

Hmm, I really need to stop disappearing. Inactivity is never a good sign and a fine step in the direction of being forgotten. So far I'm cranking out a steady one blog entry a week which is annoying enough given I paid for this service. Gotta make use of it, know what I'm saying? That and the fact that my stories haven't seen an update in God knows how long. I was even considering earlier today whether I ought to just reboot TBKS. By which I mean, copy and pasting the chapters into a new topic with all the spelling errors fixed and a plentiful supply of "deleted scenes" included, fixing all the plot holes and details I wish I'd included before. Essentially an extended cut. Because this really long, incomplete story just needed to be made even longer, given I haven't posted a new chapter for it in six months (Oh my, that sounds awful when I'm typing it down).
I guess the reason for my avoidance of productivity is that I'm just feeling tired and out of touch with BZPower, and I guess a few other aspects of my life, at the moment. There are things that annoy the heck out of me and things that I resultantly try to avoid. I've been off doing stuff elsewhere which can either be considered for better or for worse and my mind tends to flit between which of these I agree with. At times I love it and at times I regret it. That said, I'm going to force myself to be at least a little more active around here, even if only for posterity's sake.
Oh yeah and just because nobody wants to end on a down note, I've got a wisdom tooth coming through that's decided it wants to be different from the rest by punching through my gum with the force of a thousand suns. I'm on, like, six painkillers a day to try and distract myself from this son of a gun.
