When I was at New York Comic Con, the Nintendo rep let an interesting fact slip about Scribblenauts Unlimited, that Nintendo has allegedly licensed characters to the Scribblenauts team to use.

 

Today, this was teased:

Looks like some Mario and Zelda characters to me. And this wouldn't be surprising seeing how they have been licensing their IPs in a few other third party games.
